The quote was higher than I hoped but I accepted it. Their work was excellent.

My wife was here but it sounds like they came out and did exactly what they said they would do. They gave us a prompt estimate. They were prompt on coming and told me what they would do and it sounded pretty reasonable. I just wasn't ready to pay for the high price. She said they were extremely nice and courteous. They gave us a written estimate of what they would do and they were very good about that.

They came out on Sunday. He was very efficient and didn't take much time to fix it.

They did a good job overall. The painter performed excellent work.

They did a real good job and did exactly what I want. The price he gave me is what he stayed with and I will use him again in the future.

I had a very good experience with them. They were on time. They charged what they quoted me. It was $700. They worked quickly and did a good job. I would work with them again in the future.

We are waiting on insurance to see what our coverage will be. The quote process was great. We would definitely use them.

Great work. Arrived on time, provided excellent consultation and explanation on services. Helped me decide where to position new lights. Lights look great and electrical wiring repaired to highest satisfaction. Will definitely use the electrician again.

There is a man that comes out and his name is Jafar, and we like him a lot. I think it’s a national chain but this is a local version is the one that we use. I liked his professionalism, his attitude and the work he does. I don’t know if it was a good price that he charged or not. We called him and he gave me the quote, and I asked him to do it.

They were very good. The tumblers were getting old. So, he came in and installed new door knobs on the door. I told them that we needed a locksmith but he was available and so, they sent him. He was very good. I have had several things done by them but did not have any ceramic tile or windows work done. I had a man that fixed our storage shed. He came in and screwed it down a little bit better. He was a carpenter. They have never sent me a bad person and they have always been good. They are about 20% higher than most people in terms of the price.

They do a lot. They do heating and air, electrical and they also have a branch that does remodeling. So far they have been very good at what they are doing for us. Their prices were very reasonable.

We thought that their price was reasonable. We did not do a whole lot of comparison in terms of their pricing. Everything was fine and we were very happy with their service. Everything has been running properly. We have used them many times.

They were very reliable. They were expensive than others. They came anytime. They do almost everything. They had different departments. They can do almost anything for your home. My experience was great long time ago with them. They came right away. The man was very nice. They did a good job. They were good company. Their price was reasonable; it wasn’t outrageous. They came and did the job quickly. They did not stay for a long time. They were friendly. They always showed up. They were not rude. I would use them in the future.

I had a lot of damage due to the hurricane and it blew my chimney down. It punched a hole in the roof and I ended up with water damage. So, I had to have a whole new roof and a new chimney installed. They did a very good job. It was the carpenter who was the problem. He did get fired for his behavior and they took the franchise away from him. He had a bad vibe. I wasn’t comfortable having him inside the house. I called to complain because the carpenter didn’t show up. He was not as good as the other guys and he was overestimating what he was going to do. I was looking at the paperwork he gave me and it didn’t look right. I tried to get that straightened out and I kept trying. My insurance company was not going to go along with it. Then he made appointments to come out and do stuff, but he didn’t show up. I got fed up with it because I was having trouble getting the same answer twice from my insurance company too. They were called Home Care at that time and I trusted them. The experience I had with the carpenter was my only bad experience. So, I called them up. I got hold of one of the girls and told her what the problem was. Then she said that they were going to talk to him. I was really upset. She was going to tell him not to call me because she knew that everything was going to blow up if he called me and they didn’t want to lose the job. So, she did that. Then my phone rang and I picked up and he was in there. He said that he understood there was a problem with miscommunication in a different tone. I am not a person who screams at other people over the phone and you have to push me into a corner before I do that. I told him not to call back again. I kept the phone down and I then called them back to tell them what had happened so that they knew. So, they took him immediately off the job. They tried to make me happy because I had been a really good customer and they were really going to lose me at that point. That’s when they sent a guy out to mediate. I don’t think he ever had training as a mediator. He was a terrible listener. I got mad all over again. He had an attitude and he said that he understood that I had a problem. It was not a wonderful way to begin. He kept interrupting me and I finally made him stop. He only defended and I got to the point where I knew that I wouldn’t get anything out of it. The thing that would have satisfied me was the $500 that I paid the carpenter to put a few pieces of tarp on the roof. One of the things that they did that was wrong was that they charged a flat fee to put tarps on people’s roof. That was what the owner wanted and that’s what they did. I told them that I wanted all my money back or at least part of it. I also told them to send somebody else out to do the work. Then they did send a really good carpenter out who was everything that the first carpenter wasn’t. Finally, I just gave up and I let the second guy leave. I let him think that it was all right. It was absolutely disgusting and it was a huge disappointment because I really counted on them and I had recommended them. Initially, they went through like hospitals would go through. It was like cycles of good nursing care and bad nursing care. Some of the people who were providing services were just not doing a great job and that hurts the company’s reputation. One of the things that I liked about them is that they monitored each other. The guys had a vested interest in having quality work done. They would look out for the good guys. It was a good company and it may have gotten some of its goodness back, but they broke track with me. The air conditioning and heating guy and the plumber are basically the two people I deal with now. My plumber is outstanding. My electrician got fed up and the company lost 45% of their best men. They lost all their business when the new owner took over. The mediator and the first carpenter are both gone. They didn’t take good care of the guys providing the service. My AC guy is going to continue working for them because he has got his own clientele. The biggest benefit for them is that they go out and do their work and Home360 takes care of the paperwork. That’s really why a lot of them like that. The roofer was excellent. The carpenter was taken off the job before he did anything. The company sent a crew out to basically put tarps up and I took advantage of the moment and asked him about the other things. That was when he started giving me estimates. He was going to do all the inside repair work and replace the chimney. The inside repair work was more of carpentry and drywall work. They had to replace part of the drywall and do interior painting. If they had handled it well, I would have continued with them. There was one particular person who estimated what it was going to cost. When they came back out and re-evaluated everything, the price went down. He was out to make a lot of money. I wouldn’t recommend Home360, but I would use their services every year because of some of the guys.

They came when they said they are going to be here. They were in uniforms in a marked vehicle and they did the work in the projected time. I will use them in the future.

He was very polite, always on time , job took a little longer but i understood due to the process. Cleanup went well and I would recommend.

They were good. They were very professional. They did the roof in two days in the heat of summer. They did a really great job. We never saw people sitting around smoking cigarettes. Home360 is like a clearinghouse and they hire different people for different jobs. The roofer was a master roofer and he had his own business at one point. The guy who did the deck seemed to be just a handyman and he was very good. They were all good workers. We would hire them again. If my husband can’t hook up my rain barrel, I’m going to call them.

I have used them a lot before they changed their name from HomeCare to Home360 and I was very pleased with them. They are not exactly the cheapest in town but they do a good job. Their quality has been pretty high for everything that I have used them for. I don't have anything to compare their prices to. I have always been very happy with them. I am planning to get them in here to redo my kitchen cabinets as soon as I get my finances in order.

I spent $. All around I would give them an A on everything and I would use them again. I spent probably around $300 on that service. I had a giant walk-in closet that I decided to turn into an office, which had no electricity and they added outlets and lights for me. It was excellent.

It is a company that does general work and if anyone needs anything done they can call them and they will send the appropriate person out. It turned out that there wasn’t a plumbing problem for which I had them come out for, but it was a problem with me. They found out that there wasn’t a problem and that is really all that I can say about that, so I can’t really know how they were as a plumber. I did not spend any money because they could not find a problem. I don’t think anything really struck me as fantastic with that experience.

They have done three jobs for me in the past three months.

Sunday call out was $60.00 dollars extra. Repairman didn't have particular fan motor to complete the job. He came back Monday morning and made the repair. Repairman was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

They are excellent, every time I use them. In every way possible, they are excellent.

They were extremely slow in their estimate. I wouldn’t use them in the future.
