They were on time, polite and friendly. They got the job done quickly. I would use them again.

They did the work very very quickly and they did it really nicely. It was great. They show up when they are expected to show up, they do the work you hired them to do and they don't do a lot of upselling. They make sure your satisfied before they leave.

The quality of the work and how long it took them was great but they were terribly expensive.

I have used them in the past. I was satisfied. I wouldn't say they were the greatest, or the worst. The overall experience was good. The price was average. The quality of work was good. I would not use this company again for painting, but I would use them for other things.

The carpenter they sent us (Joseph Shaw) was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to research all of our options. He was punctual, professional, experienced and went above and beyond to really research what we could do in our unique situation. Even though it turned out that it made more sense to install a recirculating range hood (which we were able to do ourselves), Home 360 armed us with all the information we needed to make that decision. I just can't say enough about how impressed I was with Home 360's customer service and professionalism. From the first person I spoke to on the phone to the person who showed up at my home, it was a real pleasure doing business with this company. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

Be sure to read every letter on their form before you sign.

They are very reliable, pricing is good and if what they did didn't work he would come out until it was fixed. It would only cost for parts. They are professional. They didn't come out looking sloppy or looking like they are in high school. They sent someone out the same day. I will probably use them for my painting next.

Contract electrician made service call to diagnose problem with tripping GCFI outlet. Failed to diagnose problem correctly and charged $125 for no labor. Problem was later diagnosed correctly by a friend with no electrical experience except working at Home Depot years ago. Complained to company about service and received no response. Was customer for 10 years before this and a couple of other recent inceidents ensured that I will not use Home 360 again.

Everything went well - they have always been very responsive, which is why I use them if I want something done fast. Their prices have become more and more unreasonable though and I will consider my options very carefully before using them again in the future.

I already had purchased 2 of the doors and all the lock sets. After cancelling and rescheduling the visit for the estimate twice, I finally did get the estimate. I felt the cost was extremely expensive. I did not call the man back. When the office called, I explained how I felt about the estimate. I must say the office was very good about calling back to check and called me back after talking with the manager. The manager stood by the estimate I was given so I did not use them to do the work. The handyman I chose to do the work was professional and the work was done for about 1/3 of the amount Home 360 was going to charge me.

I called them but I went and bought a new refrigerator and did not need their service. I had used them prior and everything went well.

He came in was professional, curteous and completed the job in a timely manner. Bit pricey but efficient.

They do everything. They gave me an estimate for cleaning our gutters. I thought it was too high so we did it ourselves. I didn’t think the price was much for the refrigerator. It was just a minor adjustment they had to make. They are very professional. They are a clearing house for all sorts of specialists like carpenters, roofers, appliance repair people, and everybody else. Everybody who works with them presents him or her very professionally with cards and they are licensed and insured. It's worry-free. They will come and give you an estimate and you don’t have to pay for it. That is always great. They did the job well and I have never had a problem with anything they have done.

They were very thorough, very dependable. They did what they said they were going to do and their work was of high quality. We spend $350 and I felt it was a little over priced. He was very responsive. We will use him again.

Our central AC stopped cooling in the dead of summer. Home 360 sent someone out within a couple hours of calling them. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty starter capacitor and fixed it on the spot for a nominal fee. He was professional, courteous and obviously knew what he was doing. I'll never call anyone else.

I contacted company with instructions to bring a camera to locate a broken drain line under my house slab. The plumber spent 1.5 hour and never used a camera. He developed some clever theories how the sewer lines ran under my house. All of this was wrong. He finally gave me an estimate of $4,000 based on his wrong theory. The actual reality was a repair much more complicates and twice as expensive. He should have used the camera and not guess.

I have used them for many years. They did an excellent job. They gave you an itemized estimate on everything. They gave us the option to do some ourselves to keep costs lower. They also let us know how many days it would take to do the job. They took their time and did each process correctly.

After trading emails with someone in his group, I saw him down the street on a job and asked him to come look at my plumbing and tile work. He came in with his helper and looked at the job telling me what he could do and that "I WILL GET BACK WITH YOU." NEVER happened.Went out on my own to find matching tiles and in the process of finding the tiles, the Owner of the business, Clay Tile, had a plumber and a tile guy. The plumber came out right away and performed the job well and did some preventive maintenance in case of future problems that would save me a lot of money( Terry Corney Plumbing).The tile guy is finishing today and it looks great.

I have always had satisfactory service with them. Whenever I have called Home360, I have always gotten good service. They are punctual. Their prices are reasonable. They do a good job. I don’t remember how much they charged me for that. They are knowledgeable. When I talked to one of the Home360 people about the washing machine, he told me he could replace it for x amount of dollars but with the age of the machine I would be better off buying a new machine. It was his service charge and that was it rather than trying to sell a job and still have an old machine. He was quite honest in his approach. He told me what I needed to know. I wasn't happy about what I heard. It certainly was the best information he could have possibly given me at that time about that particular situation. I have used Home360 several times and have gotten the same experience every time I have used them.

They were the best priced. We got what we paid for.

They were fine. I saw their truck driving by one day and that's how I got to know about their company. I would use them if I have to.
