I had the cause detected by another company because they didn't have the equipment. I like that they were forthright about that, rather than come in and try to "guess" the source of the leak, like FOUR other roofers before these guys. My Advice: If you have a leak in hour home, regardless of where the leak is, get professionals with leak detection equipment. Don't depend on freelancers or repair technicians to get the leak detected. The roofer sealed the gap with silicone after replacing about 9 shingles on the roof and then filled the gap with silicone. However, the job wasn't done very well because of which the metal flushing (after being yanked at by so many roofers), which now had a springiness to it came up and revealed the gap again. Thankfully, they have a lifelong warranty to fix the repair if the problem recurs. So the roofer came in and repaired the problem by nailing the flushing down and sealing it again. I waited for it to rain hard (which it did last night) and no leak.

Not much to tell, the scheduler was efficient and helpful setting up the time. The workers knew their stuff. Excellent response and outcome in my case.

When I called 360, they had a guy out the next day!! He got the painting job done quickly and got it done to my approval.

Perfect job. They did the floors in 3 sections over 3 days so we could stay in our house. The mud & texture around the new window matched the adjacent drywall perfectly. They were thoughtful, professional, punctual, and took great care in their work. I highly recommend Mrs. Roane and her team and have already scheduled them to do additional re-painting on several exterior wooden windows that a former painter not affliated with Home360 ruined.

They told me that they were unable to fix the vent for the dryer. I had purchased a coupon for them that seemed way over priced for the work that they had done for me. They advised me to contact a carpenter to fix the vent on the outside of the house.

They did a wonderful job in coming out and fixing the toilet. The fees were very reasonable for a Sunday afternoon. They cleaned up the mess as well. This impressed me tremendously. I would rate them overall an A.

This was a tough job and Home360 handled it well. They were not the cheapest to use but their attention to detail was worth the extra money. The guys were willing to stay late, work on weekends and come very early to get this done before out company arrived. They helped us move furniture and get things back to normal. They had to use self leveling cement on a space that caused an even bigger time crunch.

The people (I am keeping their names to myself as they do jobs for us all the time) did a great job. It looks fantastic. I could not have asked for more. I do not remember how much it cost.

Once again, our guys came and did a great job. They hung the gate in a not-too-square space and it works like a charm.

Mr. Hammel was prompt, professional and extremely courteous. He took time to explain what he was doing and what his thought process was as he inspected each area of my house. He did not exaggerate the issue, create a sense of panic or try to perform any services that I did not need. I was awe struck by his honesty; I cannot count the number of handymen I have dealt with over the years that seem to think female = guillible. Based on this experience, I recommend Home 360 specially to women who need help with minor home repairs.

I did receive a call from Ms. Robertson about my complaint on Angie's List. While I appreciate the fact that they agreed to not charge me the diagnostic fee, the essential problem I have with Home Care is that I was not advised of the fee to begin with and then had to "fix" that situation repeatedly with them either because of changes in personnel or inaccurate record keeping on their end. I have used the service in the past and had no complaints until now. I am willing to amend my grade based on my previous experiences with them, however I will not be using them again.

It was a pretty good deal and it was a good experience. They were great.

We have had several things done by Home 360 and they went well. I called for a plumber and asked if he would have the parts he needed on the truck. I was assured that he would. He took one look at the job and went to the store returning with 4-6 bags of supplies. He replaced the toilet works and replaced a line under one sink. He kept the rest of the supples and I did not get refunded for them. The toilet parts are the wrong size for our toilet. It started running periodically and when I called, I was told that I would have to pay the same guy to come out and fix the problem since it was almost exactly 30 days later. Strangely, I did not want him in my house again. The sinks did not fare much better. The plumber had to come out again the day after install because every one of them leaked. The kitchen sink faucet was not tightened properly and has become quite loose.

Home 360 Did not repair our roof following Gustav, and misled us and charged $3000. We are now taking legal action, based a recent leak which revealed a 2 foot wide hole in the area they allegedly repaired. In addition, Home 360 misled us re our not receiving hot water after they installed a new hot water heater. One of their plumbing staff, years later, found that the previous workers had not even known about an additional water heater which was pouring cold water into the system. It is hard to find words to describe the extent of incompetence, just plain calculated misinformation, and above all lack of ethics represented by Home 360.

The people they sent to my house were pretty knowledgeable. They have cars that have their logo on besides they drive around this side of town; that’s how I chose them.

Home360, Inc. did a very good job in providing roofing services for us. They only had a delay in coming to do the work.

Both gentlemen did a fantastic job, were extremely polite and punctual and very friendly. They answered all my concerns. Home 360 is a great company. Don't remeber what the cost was, but it was reasonable, plus they let me use a discount coupon for the second job.

Home360 is very prompt, they give me names, they tell exactly when they're gonna be here and they are here. They call ahead of time so you know if they're on their way. They clean up, they don't leave a mess and they follow through.

They were good and I would use their services again in the future if I needed to.

I would recommend them. I like the fact that they have more than one on call. So, usually, you can get somebody out quickly. They’ve always been very nice.

They said they would have the quote ready in a week but it ended up taking a few weeks. I feel that they should have told me about this and not over promise the quote. I would use them again in the future.

Work completed in 1 1/2 hours all trash cleaned up nothing to do but paint

I called them at 9:49 AM and Larry had arrived and completed the repair by 11:06 AM - one hour and 15 minutes. I thought $180 was a little high, and the price didn't come down when he discovered it was just a spring rather than the coupling. On the other hand we had virtually no loss of availability for a washer serving six people including one toddler.
