+ -1 moreThe blinds in question were manufactured by the Lafayette Venetian Blind Co. Lafayette, IN. Some of the drawstrings had broken and we took them in for repair. The service was extremely slow due to the need to order parts. I picked up two of the blinds early and the plastic hardware that was damaged when I took them in was repaired with scotch tape and was no better than when I took them in. The total time involved was over 3 weeks and it appeared that this was something they worked on in their spare time. The restringing was lopsided and the strings were either much too long or too short. Don't recommend
Description of Work: Repaired 5 muslin fabric pleated blinds draw strings were replaced and pull hardware was replaced where broken
