+ -1 moreHad to make two visits to repair after I made several calls to company with promises I would get a call back and was not called back. On first visit technician didn't even know what my problem was even though I had gone into considerable detail On the phone TWICE. System was give full check and repaired. About four days later system quit working again. Keypad was beeping constantly and could not get to stop. Never returned my call to inform me how to stop it. I had to literally pull keypad off and had to pull wires . They came out a second time and repaired it. It was very frustrating. I used their company four years ago to have system installed in my new home and I was extremely satisfied. I think they have customer base has grown so much that they do not have enough technicians to keep up.
