Get everything in writing, do not trust their 'word". The beginning date for construction started in middle of October 2013 and completed in January 2014. Most of the time we waited on the weather to complete certain phases of the process. The quality of construction was moderate due to the constant lack of communication between the salesman, foreman and the workers. During the installation of the pump system the workers didn't find out where my gas line next to my house, and subsequently cut the line. They tried to repair it on their own, I feel with out the inspection of the foreman who was in charge of the job. The next morning, of course I had no hot water. I called the foreman, He stated that 'He will be out in the morning" to check it out. I assumed that it was my water heater. I call a independent service to come check it that evening. The company came out and discovered that the gas line had been cut and was leaking into the ground. They did turn it off from meter for me thankfully. The next morning, I called the gas company and they came out as an emergency called. The gas company stated that I was lucky it was caught in time. The workers for GW Oliver basically pieced it together but didnt seal it properly. The foremen, showed up around 9 that morning and seemed surprised at the whole situation, which told me that he just let the workers loose and basically didn't supervise anything. An Issue came up about the water fall as it was being built, I had ordered larger boulders to be put on the water fall itself to create more separation of the falling waster. It took them 2 months to get anyone to come and install them. Since the job has been competed, it has been like pulling teeth to get any help with issues of poor rock workmanship and now I have a leak coming out of the side of the pool pump. It was my understanding that the first 6 months any work or equipment would be under warranty by GW Oliver. It is now April 25. I have been calling and texting with the foreman since February about fixing bad workmanship of a rock that is on the edge of the pool and a leak that is springing from the pool pump to the adjacent pool filter canister. He constantly responses, 'we will come out tomorrow" but it has not happened. I will shocked if it does. I am an extremely nice person and have worked all of my life and I find this is a horrible way to run a business.

Please be careful and do not accept the recommendation by Guy Oliver of a plan designer named Benny Griffin. Oliver uses Griffin to design pool houses and outdoor kitchens but recommend Griffin to us for non-structural modifications to our house plans. Griffin took our money and delivered worthless plans that were full of problems and not usable. Griffin is not a plan designer or even a draftsman. The scale of our plans were so off in that the master bedroom wall were several feet short! Griffin is not even capable of elementary tasks such as printing CAD plans to .pdf or correctly using a cell phone (every call entailed cell phone fumbling.). We cannot trust Griffin's work and he refused to refund our money. We called Oliver since he recommended Griffin and felt that Oliver did not want to assist in our refund. Oliver's recommendation cannot be trusted. Be careful and do not become a victim like us. We paid for a service that was not usable.

They are pretty good. They are a fairly new company so there are a few kinks to work out but they are very knowledgeable.
