My AC was out when I got home. Gus called within an hour and sai he was in Gonzales and wouldn't mind being in Zachary between 7:30-8:00pm. He arrived and quickly assessed the problem. He said he would return Friday to install the unit I needed. By 8:05am he called to say he had the unit in his truck and was on the way to Zachary! He had my unit installed by 10:15am. I couldn't believe how responsive and professional and efficient he was! His prices were very reasonable as well. He even called later that pm to see if I was satisfied. I was satisfied and if my unit was working well. I would highly recommend Guss's Heating and Air!

I would highly recommend Gus to anyone. He is not a person that is aggressive in his dealings with a customer. Gus wanted to come after 5PM. I agreed for 9-10 the following morning. He was very prompt and completed his work in a very professional maner.

Mr. Guss was very prompt in scheduling the appointment to check out a broken AC. I made the appointment on behalf of my mom, who lives in another state. I made the appointment as a second opinion on the broken AC, as the first repair company wanted to charge my elderly mom 4 times as much! Thank you, Mr, Guss, for the honest price quote. I appreciate how he patiently explained to problem to me by phone when he got my mom's house. Within an hour, the AC was fixed. I highly recommend using his services, will use his services again, and will tell my relatives to use him too!

Could not be happier with Guss's Heating and Air. Sent a home advisor request at the break of dawn in July with a broken AC. Guss responded promptly, was there within an hour, and worked very hard to get us AC again. On top of that, the prices was very reasonable. Definitely deserves the 5 star rating

Gus was fast, courteous and professional. He repaired my a/c while other renovation work was being done. When I was delayed getting back to the house, he left the bill and agreed to return the next day to collect.

When he was 20 mins late for our appt I called to see when he was coming. I had to remind him who I was and our appt time. He didn't even remember our appt! He showed up 2 1/2 hrs late. Tried to call to follow up about my other two rental properties. He never called back.

I called late i the evening and made an appointment for the next morning/afternoon, but when I called back the next day the technician seemed to have forgotten my original appt time. Everything else went smoothly, I just assumed he forgot to write it down bc he was already off for the evening.
