Mr. Guess was on time and did quality work.

Guess came out to check my a/c he did not try to check everything he just went to one thing and fix it and that was not the right thing that needed to be fix call him back out.He could not come back out until the next day wow really but its ok he got that 120 from me and that will be his last the will get from me.

He gave me a time he would come out. I patiently waited and waited. I heard my doorbell, got up walked to my door and said hey we used the side door. 30 seconds later my husband went outside and no one was out there. I decided to text the guy and say hey we use the side door. He said he came out already, knocked, ringed the doorbell and no one came so he left. I am baffled because I did not receive a phone call and if he did ring the doorbell he only did once. Plenty of us was home and no one heard anything. He texted me said he was gone and that he would return in the morning. I have not heard anything from him since. Not responding to my calls or texts. This is very unprofessional. This is the second guy that was recommended to do the job and both has fail me. I'm so disappointed in Home Advisor these people you are recommending are not reliable.
