Called them, made an appointment (the technician is not always there). They were waiting for me, explained the pros and cons of this type of procedure While I shopped nearby for 20 minutes, they fixed the crack in my windshield. All that's left is a tiny line, one half inch, about the width of a hair They were punctual, polite, and did a good job. They were also half the price of the guys who advertise on TV.

They measured and ordered the glass. After about one month, they called to set up to install. They came, but the door they had supplied had a frame. This was not what I ordered, so they reordered the proper glass. Another 6 weeks go by, and they came to install. The installer put it in, but it did not fit. There was greater than a 1 inch gap between the door and the adjacent glass. They said they would reorder glass and reinstall. A month goes by--nothing. Called for an update. "It was shipped but broke in shipping". Another 6 weeks go by. "The order was lost". This has gone on for almost a year. I have had to hire another company to replace the glass they would not replace. Poor communication, lies, and avoiding calls. Poor business practices! Do not use this company.
