Never heard back from this company nor did I have any luck with any of the others. I contacted 8 different businesses. I was fortunately able to hire someone that used to maintain our lawn 18 years ago.

Gardens and Grounds arrived promptly, got right to work had the latest best equipment , worked safely (even made sure to turn the discharge AWAY from AC Unit and Glass doors and windows) completed the job in quick time with amazing results. Our yard looks like an Arnold Palmer Golf Course, this team makes trimming into an Art Form, keeping our St. Aug from intruding into our drive, sidewalks, and Flower beds which surround our Home. contacted Todd by email and voicemail explaining exactly what needed to be done. After three days have had NO reply!

I called on May 7th and left a detailed message of what I was needing in way of lawn care at a rental property. The never called back. This seems to be the norm for lawn companies though, because I have contacted three, only heard back from one, and they never showed up.

Todd was very responsive to our request for a quote. He was able to promptly schedule the job completing quickly and to our satisfaction. We thought the quality of the work was very high and his pricing was respectable. We plan on using Gardens & Grounds for future yard maintenance & annual upkeep.

I called Todd the day the pipe burst and he came in an hour. I was very grateful and he was able to cut the water down to a trickle but had to schedule me for the next day because of the heavy workload following the "big freeze" in the south. He and his helper arrived the following morning and worked in the cold and wet. They discovered other areas that needed to be fixed and decided to add the valve that could turn off the sprinklers until the yard dried up. He also covered up all the pipes so I won't have to worry about them freezing again. They were so neat! They had to dig holes and before they left they filled in all the dirt. Todd went above and beyond explaining to me that the outside hoses should be unhooked from the faucets and the water spigots covered. And he had his helper find the pipe that was clogged in my underground drainage system. Again, digging was involved and then everything was put back together. I was very pleased to work with such pleasant and knowledgeable folks. I will now be a regular customer of Gardens & Grounds.

Todd was a pleasure to work with. We had a leak in our irrigation system - Todd came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. We then scheduled a later date for him to repair (due to my availability) and he fixed with ease. He also followed up a few days later with a house call when I had a question at no charge. I high recommend Todd's services.

I called the company on the Wednesday before Christmas because my previous landscaper had disappeared. I received a return phone call within minutes and a scheduled appointment for a walk through on the same day. Things definitely fell into place as they were able to accommodate me and get my yard and flower beds done the day after I called and at this crazy time of year! Todd was very professional and I will definitely consider using them again in the future. I have already recommended them to my parents who also need some work done at their home.

After having gone through a number of other service providers whose quality of service was substandard at best, it was incredibly refreshing to not only meet someone passionate about what they do, but someone who also actually delivers what they promise and by the dates they promise it. I've been extremely pleased with the work Todd and Gardens & Grounds have done for me and continue to do for me on an on-going basis.

Todd was quick to reply to my phone call. He was very quick to give me an estimate and get the job done in a professional manner.

I called for an estimate to landscape and replace our front walkways. Todd came to our house at the appointed time after rescheduling with us once. He gave us ideas and told us he could do the work and would have an estimate and plan to us within a couple of weeks. We never heard from him again. I tried several times over the next month to email, call, and text. No response. He could have simply called and said he couldn't do it. It would have been completely understandable if he had said he was booked, shorthanded, etc. Simply not contacting a client again makes no sense professionally. I was contacted with an apology and an offer to schedule the work.

This is an ongoing process. The yard work is done on a weekly basis for a total of 4 visits so far. I am very pleased with their work and with the communications.

They do a wonderful job and have a very reasonable price.

I emailed Mr. Todd on Sunday May 6, 2012 that I was ready to move forward with the flowerbed clean up with a few modifications. While the job was not a large job, he responded promptly Monday morning to the email and scheduled me for Tuesday afternoon May 8, 2012. Mr. Todd arrived as scheduled and completed the job in about the amount of time he stated. He and his crew worked diligently all while allowing me to ask questions and ensuring that I was satisfied along the way. Again thank you Mr. Todd for helping me to meet my deadline on getting the flowerbed done. I am very pleased!

It was a little difficult getting in touch with Todd, but when we did we scheduled him to come out for an estimate a couple of days later. The work was delayed by technology issues (I believe G&G has a new estimate/invoice/payment software) and rain. When we finally had that straight and the rains cleared, Todd was able to come out and do the work; although we were never quite sure when to expect him as he didn't answer our calls or confirm a solid date/time. Even with the communication issues we were extremely pleased with the actual work done. Our yard was in pretty bad shape and after a day and a half, it was beautiful again. The quality of work alone is why we will call Todd again for our yard needs. He is very knowledgeable about plants and took time to talk to us about what's in our beds and make suggestions.

After we first contacted them they were very prompt to come see us and give estimate. He told us exactly what he would do,how much it would cost and how long to do it. Everything was done just as we asked and more.
