It was an absolute pleasure to work with Foster and his crew while they completed an extensive interior paint job in two days! Prompt and efficient communication via text and phone calls and the crew showed up AS SCHEDULED and ON TIME!! WOW! Foster also went above and beyond to help us locate extra cans of a specific paint that is currently limited due to supply chain issues. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. We have worked with many contractors over the years and in our experience, Foster excels at running a professional business with customer service being his greatest asset. Excellent. Foster went above and beyond in every way. A difficult job due to limited access. He even chose a perfect match stain. Will highly recommend to anyone who asks. Price was 1/2 the estimate of another vendor. Cost of labor plus stain/sealer.

Done in one day; sooner than projected. Estimate was very close to the lowest I received and about one-third of the highest. Foster came in with a crew of 4 plus himself. Did a great job. Am likely going to hire them again to paint the outside of the house.

Started and finished the job quickly and when I was told. Overall, things look good. However, on close inspection, the detail work was very poor. I found paint drips on blinds, counter tops, and wood trim. Also found a white paint boot print on my front porch that I was not able to completely get up. Cutting in around natural wood molding was not crisp (free handed and not very straight). Did not remove many outlet or switch covers and just trimmed around them. Foster claimed they could not take them off without breaking them. However, I took them off with no problem. Many of the covers were painted on. They did not trim around them well. I did not have time to let them fix everything,

I had removed wallpaper in my basement and I had significant drywall damage. Foster's team did a great job repairing all of the damage and patching some holes and painting my basement and laundry room.

Foster returned all calls and texts, and showed up as scheduled. Total of three days to prep, stain and apply second coat (which included removing/replacing all metal spindles) . Foster and his employees were professional, courteous and did a great job. I was extremely satisfied.

The work was completed in a very timely manner and the price was fair. I feel the quality of work was good and I was very satisfied. I would definitely use Fosters Painting and Tile again and would recommend them to anyone.

He was very prompt and got the work done quickly. He was good at communicating with us as to delays because of weather, and he gave us an itemized bill with all receipts. Great job!

Foster Painting saved the day! Amazing response and very fair prices. Good quality work. Foster was top notch and trustworthy. I definitely would use them again! I had an EMERGENCY need for some quality painting in my home due to planned painting support and timing not working out at the last minute. I only search via Angie's List and tried a couple of painters on her list, but they were not available for a long time. I found Foster's name and although Foster, like most excellent painting companies had a business backlog, he worked hard to get my work done while still meeting his existing customers. The results were great, and had him come back at a later date to do additional work I did not need done initially.

I placed a call for an estimate and Foster came out the same day and Him and his crew came the next day and painted the interior of our home. It looks wonderful and we are very pleased with the job. Foster and his crew are very polite and take care to make sure the job to your satisfaction, The next time we need painting done we will definitely call Foster and we have recommended him to our neighbor

I called Foster Bordelon on a Thursday morning to ask him to give me an estimate on painting my house. He came by that same day and gave me what I felt was a fair price. He and his crew showed up the following Monday and began the work. They were all very polite and professional. It took them three and a half days to complete the job. The thing that pleased me the most, besides the quality of the work, was that he was there when he said he would be, which I have found is not a common trait among contractors.

They showed up on time and were extremely helpful in helping to match the existing paint colors. They worked fast and did an excellent job. They are all wonderful, trustworthy people and I would definitely ask them to paint for me in the future. The pricing was excellent for all the work they did.

Everything went well. They showed up on time each day (total work took 3 days) and we're hard working and respectful. Did everything we agreed on.

He estimated the job on a Saturday, took Sunday off, and then completed the entire job during eight hours on that Monday. Foster Bordelon and his assistant Steve are from Bristol, TN and had to drive 36 miles to Jonesborough for the free estimate and the subsequent job. They are amazing. The stairway they repaired was a dangerous mess and the other ceiling damage was a foot through the drywall. This large hole was perfectly repaired and a popcorn texture replaced to cover it. They also repaired drywall damage that resulted when I removed the molding. I mean every blemish was repaired and painted. Oh, did I mention he arranged for me to buy the Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint at below sale price? Then Foster underbid other painters by 50%. The result was a showroom suitable for a brand new red Camry. I hope it comes soon.

The owner, Mr. Foster, and his worker, Elmer, were very friendly, courteous, and punctual. Mr. Foster quoted a price of $275.00 to paint the walls of the master bathroom, and the walls and ceiling of the toilet room. He said they would be able to complete the job in 4 hours, and we would buy the paint. The first morning began with one of the bathroom light fixtures being broken. Mr. Foster took one of the three remaining globes with him to see if he could find a replacement. He stated that he checked stores in Bristol, Abingdon, and Johnson City. The light in question was no longer manufactured, so he offered an allowance of $150 (as I had to replace two light fixtures as the one was a part of a set). I went to three stores that Mr. Foster suggested, and I found a set of light fixtures in Johnson City that were 3 globes (not four as the original was), and on sale the two light fixtures cost me $197.08. On day 3 of the painting job, I brought in neighbors and a licensed contractor to look over the work that Mr. Foster's employee had done so far. There was paint on a lot of trim, a run of paint down the door, the wall to ceiling trim was not even, some areas had places where you could see the base paint through them, and the ladder they used had scuffed up the cabinet doors and master closet entry trim. The contractor offered to correct the problems for $100 more than Mr. Foster had quoted me, and he asked me if I was seriously going to let these people come back into my house. My husband and I discussed it, and we felt that we should give Mr. Foster a chance to "make it right". The trim was painted white to cover the green after my husband gave him our paint roller to do the job with, but when I asked about the scuffs, I was told that "you probably did that when you moved in". The master closet scuff marks were on the side facing the sink, NOT the side facing the entry way to the closet. There were paint splatters in the sinks, the cabinets, and on the floors, but that is probably something all painters do. These guys were so friendly and personable, I really hate that I cannot say better things about their work. I expected better quality after 4 days working on a quoted 4 hour job.

Foster and his team did an excellent job at repairing our fence and deck, staining the fence to our specification, and painting our deck. They convinced us that Behr?s Deck-Over product would be best to make our deck?s surface look uniform, from a prior self-performed staining job that was less than desirable... They were on-time, motivated to get the work done before the threat of rain was imminent, and did a super job. We will use them again.

Foster responded to our request for an estimate within an hour. He came out the same day, and after listening to what we wanted done, as well as, our concerns, gave us a written estimate. He was able to start on our house one day after we chose his company. It's been many years since we've hired a company with such great people. They arrived on time or early, were very polite, didn't use foul language around our kids, and were gentle with our furniture. They cleaned up after themselves and never refused a touch up request. And, they did a great job painting, too!
