+ 1 moreI have known for several years that I needed to have my fascia and soffit replaced as well as some other random boards on the exterior of my home. As a single woman I likened searching for someone to do it to a root canal with no pain killer. Hence I put it off. I came upon "Fix It Fred," through a close friend of mine who has used his services for years. I called for an estimate and his was lower than the other quotes I had been given by a large margin. What I look for in a service provider: Good response time Honesty Explanation of different options ( I will look into those options to see whether they are merely an up-sell. If they are an up-sell then I will not hire that provider. ) Quality work done as unobtrusively as possible depending on the job Fair pricing Work completed in a timely manner. Fix It Fred not only met but exceeded my checklist. I will definitely use him again for home repairs.
Description of Work: Replaced rotted fascia and soffit and misc. rotted wood on the exterior of the house.
