Description of Work: Dry wall repair and painting. Service was good and at a reasonable price. | |I have used them on two occasions and would use them again.

Description of Work: Painted 3 bedrooms and 1 hallway as well as painted vaulted ceilings and filled in gaps in wood slats on ceiling. They were professional and punctual. I am happy with the end result and will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: The angie deal was for interior painting 8 hours for $200 flat fee. We had one drywall repair/repaint and multiple punch list touch ups on baseboards and trim that needed to be done (we had a major renovation months prior). I have had bad experiences with painters in the past so I braced for the worse. On our scheduled paint day no one showed up so I called and there was a 'scheduling error' so we rescheduled. No problem and the secretary (owner's wife) was very pleasant and apologetic. The painter arrived and painted a few days later. This particular worker had limited experience with drywall repair and when the owner came to inspect his work he and I thought it was not adequate. Therefore, a few days later another painter came. He fixed the drywall and painted for an additional day and made things right at no additional charge. Credibility, professionalism, quality and standing behind his work I give an overall A.

Description of Work: The company did not show for several appointments and even after we decided to allow them to do this painting and some additional work they still did not show up when they were scheduled.

Description of Work: The appointment to view the work was honored. He said that the work was in-line with the coupon. I got him to look at some other work I would need above and beyond the coupon amount. He said that he would email me an estimate. He did not send the estimate. When I called him, he said that he had just come out of surgery and that he would send the estimate to me. He did not send it. Then he called me about mid March and said he would drop off the estimate (I believe Wednesday, March 20) I did not go to work in order to discuss the work to be done and the time frame; however, he did not show up for the appointment, nor did he call to cancel the appointment. He has not called me since. I do not want him for any services any longer. His lack of communication and not showing up are key elements for doing work in a satisfactory and timely manner. I am requesting a full refund for $199 for the coupon I purchased.

Description of Work: I am concerned with this service. Specifically I have been unable to even schedule the initial consult visit, despite being in contact with the company twice. Additionally it's been revealed to me that the owner of the company is having serious medical intervention at the moment. It does NOT seem as if the company will be able to fulfill their services anytime soon.

Description of Work: He painted the celings and touched up several walls. We also hired him for additional projects - painted the doors and shutters, pressure washed the house, painted the fountain, replaced and painted a bad board on the balcony.

Description of Work: Hanging and floating of sheet rock, spraying texture and painting interior walls and ceilings.

Description of Work: I was having company over the next week, and had a compete overhaul of my inside a/c system, which resulted in a very large and dark stain and crack in the middle of my living room ceiling. This required some drywall mud placement, priming, and about two coats of paint-on the ceiling, which is considered difficult painting. They also caulked and painted my living room, kitchen (around the kitchen cabinets), hallway and bathroom walls, including baseboards/moulding, and they cleaned, primed and painted my nasty a/c vent. They also removed a bad job of drywall repair in my bathroom that was about 14"w x 22" T that had sunk inwards, and replaced it with new drywall, mud, and paint, and it blends in so evenly that you can't even tell there was ever a hole there!

Description of Work: Exterior painting on a residential home. Siding, gutters, eaves, shutters and stucco surfaces around the house. Caulked up the joints as well as two 6" posts supporting the patio overhang. Sullivan and crew took the time to sand the posts down, fill in the cracks, prime and two coats of paint on them.

Description of Work: I spoke with the Owner, Sullivan and he agreed to quote 2 projects on May 30, 2012. He never called back to schedule a visit to look at the work and did not repsond to messages left on May 31, 2012 and June 1, 2012.

Description of Work: The exterior of the house was washed and painted. Several shutters were replaced, several other wood exterior sections were replaced and repaired. Two interior ceiling were painted. One ceiling was 9', the other was 13'.

Description of Work: Mr. Lane and his professional crew came in and corrected a botched paint job in my kitchen. They sanded and repainted all my cabinets, doors, walls, ceiling...the whole room. They even put the hardware back on after finishing. Some of the cabinet door hinges are crooked, but since I ask them to replace everything in the holes already there, that is not their fault. They were all such hard workers. They arrived when promised each day, worked hard all day long and cleaned up each evening before they left.

Description of Work: The two men painted several sets of window frames on new windows we had put in on the ground floor of our house.

Description of Work: Pressure washed house exterior with a mildercide. Repaired/recaulked joint cracks, brick to siding transition molding joints, wood splits and nail holes. Using brush and roller applied 1 to 2 coats of latex paint on: • all exterior wood surfaces, • wood windows and doors including panes dividers, • garage door, • siding, • rear porch aluminum columns, and • shutters Sanded any weathered areas of the exterior of the varnished front door and arched widow and applied one coat of polyurethane varnish. Touched-up any rust stains and applied one coat of elastomeric paint on all stucco using brush and/or roller. For this job, our contract was with Todd Kerr Services, LLC (see separate report) who acted as a subcontract manager. He employed this painting contractor to do most of the painting work. Other work was done under Todd’s direction, such as wood repairs, window caulking, wrought iron painting, and replacement of a ceiling fan and flood light. Hence, we don’t have a cost just for the work done by this painter.
