I had a really great experience with the owner. He was very prompt, responded per agreed and was actually present during the bulk of the work that went on. He made sure I was very pleased with everything and also looked at the work that's been executed. They were a local company that I was familiar with and it wasn't just someone that came in. If there's an issue in the future I know where he lives and I know he'll be there.

The job went exceedingly well. The company reps were knowledgable, responsive, and courteous. The job was done on time and as promised. My roof was damaged from hail, so my insurance company picked up most of the bill. All I paid was the deductible. I would definitely recommend Elite Exteriors to anyone I know.

The Elite estimate was comparable to toher estimates we obtained. They started the work when promised and completed it on time. The crews were punctual and worked hard, and when the job was complete they did a thorough clean up.

I got the number for Elite Exteriors from a sign posted in our neighbors yard. I contacted the company and Mark immediately called me. He explained the process and made an appointment to come by and give me an estimate. Damage was found and I contacted my insurance company. Mark worked with our adjuster to get them the needed information and then presented us with a final proposal which we accepted. The crew arrived and covered all the scrubs and plants in the front yard to ensure they were protected. Mark was here checking on the crew and always kept us informed of any issues or concerns. Even in the very hot and humid weather, the team worked to complete the task. Once the job was completed, the entire property was cleaned up and all debris hauled away. They came back the following day to check the area for roofing nails. We had already done some checking but they put our mind at ease by doing a second sweep with the and quot;magnetand quot; to ensure we did not step on/drive over dropped nails. We also posted a sign in our yard. This sign let our neighbors know we would have construction work being done as well as being an advertisement for the company. We received a $100.00 off our deductible for having the sign in our yard and Elite will also pays for future referrals. Our home had never looked better!!!
