 + -1 moreI checked ratings online and found 2 positive ones for them (as opposed to 6/8 negative comments/ ratings and an F from the BBB for another company that had been recommended to my husband), So I e-mailed John on wed. night. I got an e-mail back thurs.in the morning saying I could come in that day, but it was afternoon when I opened it. So I called & we arranged for me to bring it in at 9:30 the next morning. He told me it could take 1 to 3 hours. I brought it in at 9:30 and they called to tell me it was ready before 11:00. He charged $25 less than the quote the man my husband spoke with and the job was perfect. I had been particularly concerned as I had read it was somewhat difficult to get it all w/o leaving some glue spots or the defrost elements in the rear window being damaged. Also the back windows have pull-up shades that go down into the door, making it even more complicated. Everything was perfect and I was quite pleased.
Description of Work: I bought a used 535 BMW in Texas. It had very dark tint on the windows (probably illegal in LA) and I could not see anything in the back or in my side view mirrors at night. I had to roll down the windows to check before crossing an intersection in my neighborhood as we have a fair number of bikers and walkers and I do not think I could have seen them.
