+ -1 moreCharles with Dynamic came out and cleaned, repaired some of the missing mortar / grout and then sealed it with a Dupont product (which I bought). It looks absolutely fabulous and is now sealed from the elements, too! People who had seen the before and now see the after can't believe it. He did a beautiful job, meet his deadlines, kept us informed and walked us through the procedure how what, when and how. We could not be more pleased. Charles Foster is a pro!
Description of Work: We have about 600 sq. feet of exterior patio flagstone that is about 4 years old. Part is in the nearly constant sun and some in the shade. It had become mildewed and dirty. Some of the natural iron in the stone had "leeched out" and stained other stones. It looked worn and old. Lots of mildew and algae in mortar in the constantly wet parts.
