Very professional. We are very pleased.

Dugas was very prompt, and courteous. They went about sealing up the exterior of the home quickly. They caught several mice, and we have only found dead bugs in the last few weeks. One of the workers did seal one of our doors shut by screwing a doorsweep to the wall, and put huge clots of caulking in an area they should not have-but they fixed this the following week. Overall pleased with their work.

They were prompt, professional and gave me a good price for my properties. Work was done quickly and they followed up on service.

They always come when they say they will. The guys that come are super nice.

It worked out great! I had some ants that I didn't know where they were coming from. They located the ants from coming in under my bath tub. They came back a second time at no charge when I still saw some ants and eliminated all of the ants. The same guy who was familiar with my situation came and was very apologetic. They provided great service and were just awesome!

I love them. You pay them quarterly and if you ever see any bugs they will come out to take care of the problem. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

They were very good. They were very honest. They were reasonable and came on time. You couldn't have asked for better service. They were so much cheaper than the o ther 2 estimates I got. They were willing to work with everyone since it's a town home association.

When we bought the house, we already had a termite agreement with them, so we stuck with them. They have done good work.

I use them every six months. I live in a rural area and had a wood rat come in through my dog door. The gentleman came in and exterminated the rat with out hurting the animals in my home. He put special traps for mice and rats. They also sprayed for other pests and do a termite check once a year. They stand behind any infestation in the entire house. They are very good and responsive. They even have 24 hour service.

After hearing occasional scratching noises in our attic, I called Dugas Pest Control to check for rats. Because we do not have a contract with Dugas for monthly pest control, it was $95 for a service call. Their representative arrived promptly at the appointment time. I was disappointed when he told me he was not allowed by the company to enter our attic via ladder. (We do not have attic stairs installed.) I feel the dispatcher with whom I made the appointment should have made this clear. The representative did climb up the ladder we provided to examine what he could without actually pulling himself into the opening, and confirmed that our problem was rats by the droppings. He placed three baited snap traps on the attic floor near the opening, explaining that as we blocked the entrance/egress points, the rats would be drawn to the baited traps. He also placed three snap traps in our carport utility shed, and left us two extra traps. Then he walked around the exterior of our house and pointed out all potential access points for pests. He was helpful in providing tips on how we could close those openings, and also indicated that we should cut back vegetation from the foundation to help avoid termites and other insect problems. This representative was friendly to our dog and cats, and understood our concerns about poisons. (I often need to secure the dog when having workers in the house.) It should be made clear at the time of appointment that Dugas workers cannot enter your attic unless stairs are installed. The price of $95 seems high for what essentially amounted to pointing out holes near the roofline and baiting and putting out some snap traps.

They have been very responsive and usually come out the same day I call them. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.
