2 1/2 days from grass to concrete shell one month later did coping 3 weeks plumbing 3 weeks to deck and plaster 3 months to deck finish

Dozier is a small family owned company. They have several employees (amd family members) who are very knowledable about pool systems. I have been very happy with the service I receive from them. Their prices for accessories and chemicals are very competetive and I highly suggest you check them out. I also used Dozier before for a burned up electric motor, which was also in warranty. Same story-no problems. They also do water sample testing for free!

They did give us a couple of glowingly references, which means they can do good work. They were no professionals. They tore down our pool apart and disappeared for a week and it looked like a cesspool out there. Finally, I told them to come and clean the mess. You don?t have to leave a mess. The pool was like a garbage dump. They ate their lunch and threw those bags and everything there. The pool disappeared for a week. I had some safety items like in the spa, there were some return line that was sucking the water out and it had a cover so that you don?t get sucked in there. They never replaced all those. They were highly unprofessional. They did some good stuff but overall it was a bad experience. It was a older granite pool and they had to re-plaster it and fix tiles and do some stone work. They disappeared and did not collect the last bit of the money that we owned them. We would not use them in the future.

The workers continually left messes, used work equipment, did a sloppy job & did not finish the job. My husband has had to rebuild the pool equipment area and drill drainage into their deck. Bad news.

They never showed up as agreed. I called back over following two weeks and left at least two messages on answering machine asking them to call me back and have never heard from them.
