+ -1 moreRemediating the damage required removing the pad, drying the carpet, installing new pad, and shampooing the carpet to remove stains. My technician, Mr. T. Blue, was competent and courteous. Above all, he was conscientious. After shampooing the carpet, there were some remaining stains, which he returned the next day to address. He didn't have to go the extra mile, because I had already paid in full, but he did. In short, this service exceeded my expectations, and the price was reasonable. There is no question that I would use this business again for future carpet care.
Description of Work: Douglas performed a water extraction at my home after a failed water heater leaked and wet the carpet in a hallway and two rooms.

Description of Work: They set the appointment on my convenience, show up on time, the Tech listen my needs and give solutions to problems. The carpet was perfectly cleaned, even remove all the stain, and NO “all wet carpet issues”, they used steam.
