+ -1 moreIt was raining the day they came out and could not access the house from the front of the house due to rain. They didn't want to go through the back door because they said it was too far of a distance without even trying it. I had to speak to the owner to get to have them try. Low and behold there was enough length of hose so they could do the job after all. They did an ok job on the carpet. Took out some of the stains. They did not move the living room furniture to do all of the carpet. They said they don't do that. For the price I was expecting a lot more.
Description of Work: clean carpets in house. Had several large stains and urine smell from puppy.

+ -1 moreI have had them do work for me at the apts. as well as in my private living space and they are great.
Description of Work: I am the property manager for a small luxury apt. complex. This company does all our move-ins before new residents arrive. They do an excellent job with difficult spots as well as small patches. They also do suction of dryer hoses when necessary. Their personnel is very pleasant and they show up exactly when expected.
