Description of Work: Had a glass top for a large dining room table replaced. They came promptly when scheduled ,gave an estimate and returned with the finished product in about 7 days. Definitely would use again. My daughter used them for similar reason and was equally satisfied

 + -1 moreI contacted Custom Accents and requested they make a piece of custom glass to place on top of a wood dining room table. The employees at Custom Accents were easily accessible. They consistently returned my calls and provided me with updates as to the status of my order. They were also prompt for both appointments at my home. My only complaint is that my order took longer than initially quoted but it was through no fault of Custom Accents. The company manufacturing the glass took longer than anticipated partially due to Hurricane Isaac. Custom Accents informed me of the delay, explained the situation and apologized. Overall, I had an excellent experience with them, the estimates they provided me prior to the work being performed were in line with the final price and the quotes provided by other companies and the final product was flawless.
Description of Work: I needed a glass top custom made for a wood dining room table. Custom Accents had me give them an approximate measurement of the glass and they provided me with several different estimates based on type of glass and thickness. Once I decided on the type and thickness, they sent a representative to my house to trace a pattern of the table and order the glass. Once the glass was made, Custom Accents delivered, cleaned and installed the glass on the table.

Description of Work: We had 4 second story level windows in our foyer tinted by Custom Accents. They sent someone out with a large amount of samples, who knew what we needed and about what he was selling. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely recommend them.

 + -1 moreProfessional installation, beautiful door, and have had no problems with the door or its installation. They also recommended a cleaning product to remove mineral deposits from the glass door. Easy to use and really gets all the mineral and soap spots off.
Description of Work: Custom Accents was really the only company i could find to actually come out to my house and measure and give me an estimate. they came within 30 minutes of me visiting their storefront, and had our shower door custom cut and installed in about a week or so.
