Crystal Clear Pool Service

Ray was very responsive and his team did a really good job with getting the pool cleaned and sparkling clear again. Even with problems with the liner from emptying the pool with a high water table, they were able to get the liner back in place and in a few days pool was ready to go. Would hire again. Using them now for weekly chemical maintenance.

Unreliable. Moved out of town, did not clean pool for months. Insisted they did and kept billing me.

We were able to use their suggestions, on the phone. At first, nothing worked and we set an appointment within a four hour window in two days. However, we tried their suggestions a second time, the spa kicked on and we have had no problems since.

I have been using Crystal Clear for a couple of months now. I initially called to get my pool ready for the spring since it had turned over winter. Ray is responsive to my questions and concerns. Overall I am satisfied.

Ray comes out every Tuesday morning to clean the pool and check on the chemical levels. We have used his services for the last 6 months and the cost is approximately $200/mo. He is punctual, efficient and very professional. He also had been very helpful with regard to pool pump problems by referring us to very professional associates to fix the issues. I would highly recommend Crystal Clear Pools and have done so to friends.

Bad when a customer service type business has poor customer service. You can't show up when you say, I don't need you.

Missed cleanings. Used chemicals improperly. Put chlorine tables in the skimmer rather than the chlorinating device. When cleaning the pool left rocks in it. Did not brush algae of side and bottom of pool during cleanings. My pool looks like the swamp thing lives in it now. Ruined my pool. Cost me $1000 to fix it.

Kelly provides weekly chemical services plus cleaning every other week. They are now keeping me up to date with equipment failures so I can arrange for service/repair.

They did not work out. They were going to do something to my fiberglass pool that is just unheard of and that is drain it to clean it. I ended up with another service that cleaned it without draining it. Because there is so much ground water in southwest Louisiana if you even drain a little water out of a fiberglass pool it will float to the surface and crack. They had been our pool service for 20 years but our pool pump broke so we dropped service with them. When we got the pump fixed it needed cleaning but they were unable to do what we needed. I will not use them again in the future. They have changed owners twice since we began using them in 1992 so that may be contributing to the problem.

Initially, the pool was not staying blue, but after a few weeks they finally got the chemistry correct and it is Crystal Clear now.

They are professional and dependable. When they are done, the pool looks beautiful and everything is in WORKING order. They do not leave any evidence that they have been in my backyard (trash, empty chemical bottles, cigarette butts...etc)

Very inexpensive for just doing the chemicals. Very polite and proffessional.
