Coco came out on October 17 2016 to measure and take moisture readings. The floor was not installed until January 2017. By March the floor was peaking on the ends and in many places was buckling and coming loose from the adhesive in every room in my home. Coco came out with people whom he says were product reps, but I have no idea who they were. They blamed me for ruining the flooring by allowing it to get wet. They actually believe I somehow wet the flooring in the entire home. They will not back up the products they sold me. Their warranty means absolutely nothing. So don't shop there, do yourself a favor and pass them by.
Description of Work: After the August 2016 flood we shopped at coco's for new flooring in October of 2016.

Mr. Coco measured and gave us an estimate of approximately $4000.00 to install carpet throughout our house. Next day they called to say the estimate was wrong, and it would be just over $6000.00. Seams were put in high traffic areas and they had to return within 2 months to redo seams in the living room and hallway. Within a year the carpet was wrinkling in 3 rooms. Returned to re-stretch but carpet is badly worn after 4 years. Carpet manufacturer will not honor 10 year warranty. We feel Coco's has not done all they could to help us with our claim. Installation was not good! Chose Coco's because of many years in service. Should have researched more and shopped more carpet businesses.
Description of Work: Carpet was installed in living area and bedrooms of our house.

Within a few months the wood turned black and there was moisture under the floor from the slab. The owner came out and told me that they had check with a moisture meter before every job (which they did not) He would not work out a deal with me for replacement. Had to get a new company to do the job over. The new company check with a meter and said that there was no way coco's used one on the floor. You could tell there was a moisture problem without even putting a meter on the concrete.
Description of Work: pulled up old carpet and installed wood floor. glued down wood.
