Excellent! I would definitely recommend Celtic Property to others. Mr. Reynolds was very professional. His work crews--painters, construction crew, floor layers--were all hard workers, polite, and professional. Even though Mr. Reynolds was not always here when they were working, he did check on the progress and the quality of the work.

Got an estimate, but went with another company, just to get started earlier, and the other company rated high. I WISH I WOULD HAVE PICKED THIS COMPANY. The other one was awful. I can't even begin to tell you what a bad experience the other contractor was.

Fantastic! Patrick always showed up when he said he would and did exactly what he said he would do. The project went just as we had discussed and planned. He is very easy to work with and was flexible and understanding when some of the cabinetry from Lowe's delayed our timeline. He is very responsible, trustworthy, and dependable. I had thought through every detail I could think of and he still thought of more. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering having this type of work done.

Patrick and his crew were great ! They are always on time and worked continuously throughout the day . They have positive work ethics and attitude . They did a great job on a bathroom renovation which included a glass enclosed shower . They had great suggestions on how to update the bathroom without having to take out the cabinets . It was a wonderful experience ! We will call on Celtic Proprty LLC again !

Patrick did a great job, this was the second time I have used him to do work. The bathrooms now look great and he was very responsive to all my calls. I would recommend him with no reservation.

These guys were wonderful. They were here when they said they would be. The cleanup was incredible. They did what they told us. They always interacted with us on ideas and anything we needed to address. We were very pleased with them. Honestly we are looking at adding on to the other side of our house in the future and we will probably use them. The two young men that he had working for him were very nice and very polite. They were very respectful of the house. They were wonderful and we would call them again in a heartbeat. The cleanup was absolutely wonderful. Sheetrocking is a nasty thing and they took care not to let it go all through the house. It was really well done. They cleaned up and it was like we didn't even really know they were there. They were awesome.

We are very pleased with the work Patrick and his crew completed for us. Patrick was very accommodating to some significant changes in project scope, made some great suggestions to help us make critical decisions, and was responsive to all requests. His crew was prompt, courteous and professional, and they did a good job of cleaning up when finished at the end of each day. They did thier work quickly and efficiently, and Patrick was very good about communicating with us all during the work. When it came time to settle up, the price was very fair, and I appreciate the manner in which his business is conducted. If we need a contractor in the future, we will not hesitate to use Patrick again, and do not feel the need to get other bids.

The work was performed quickly and correctly. All old material was neatly stacked at the road where we directed the owner to place it.

Patrick was a pleasure to work with. When called for an estimate, he met with me the same day (on a Friday). We received a quote for the work on Monday - this was before any other contractor had even bothered to call us back or come to give an estimate. We felt the price was fair and hired him to do the work. He and his crew were always on-time, professional, courteous, and efficient. The work was done quickly and done very well. They were neat, respectful of our furniture and various curtains, etc, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, we were very happy and would not hesitate to hire him in the future.

There is a need for me to put my repairs on the back burner.

My wife found Patrick through Service magic. He came out the same day we called him. Patrick was very easy to work with. He provided legitimate estimates based on the work that was to be performed. He charged us by the square foot to lay the tile. Many other competitors were wanting to charge 3 times his rate for labor. All work was completed as described in a prompt and courteous fashion. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
