He noticed that there were two broken branches and no one else had noticed the threatened ones. These were the ones that were close to the roof in a storm and could tear of the shingles so it was important to get rid of. Also one of them was right over the power line into the house. So he was very thorough in looking at the tree and figuring out what needed to be done. I recommend them highly. I will use them in the future.

The owner came to the house and gave me a written estimate. I called him about 2 days later and hired them for the job. The owner gave me an approximate date for the stump grinding. He called again and said his grinder would be there earlier since he had finished another job early. The first job was to grind the stump. The worker was very professional and did a great job. He was very careful not to hit the neighbor's fence and not to damage my camelia bush. While he was there he offered to grind a smaller stump between the trees to be pruned. When he finished grinding the stumps, he put the wood chips in a pile off the grass and camelia bush. Due to rain the pruning couldn't be done immediately. I received phone calls from the owner to let me know about rescheduling for pruning. I was out of town when I received another call from the owner to let me know the crew would be coming the next day to prune the trees. He assured me it was not necessary for me to be there. The job would be done and to pay him when I returned to town. When I returned the trees were pruned and there was no sign of tree debris in the yard. I sent him a check in the mail.

Owner came by house to give estimate the day before. Very professional. Also gave opinion on health of two oaks in front yard. Very responsive. His crew was there the next day and did the work.
