Description of Work: None were done because they would not work with me on a scheduled time; was told they could not schedule a time; it could be any time during the business day and the person doing the scheduling was very rude! Note: I do not recall the exact date I called them for an appointment; it was July or August 2012.

Description of Work: Had a busted sewer line 6' under the parking lot. Had to locate it, dig it out and repair it. Weather was terrible. T he two plumbers worked late into the evening and came back the next am and stayed with it until they got the work done.
