+ 2 moreIt was awful. A complete nightmare! They promised prompt, quality service and the parts of the house they actually managed to get done look like it was done by amateurs. There were holes in the sheetrock everywhere, material is still peeling off of the corners, doors don't have doorknobs and they ordered the wrong kind, everything about the work was pretty bad. They also tried to trap us with the contract, letting us know for the first time that the watermarked backside of the page was the agreement. We did not know about it and had not initialled that side or anything to show that we had gone over it with them. The way they worked their business was sketchy, going out of state for extended periods of time without warning, asking for money upfront, and absolutely REFUSING to make a revised estimate for us. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!
Description of Work: We were in the Louisiana August Flood of 2016, EVERYTHING had to be done. We hired them and all they completed in 8 months was: walls, paint, doors, and the first half of trim. We terminated the contract because of their horrible responsiveness, hidden contract, and their shoddy work.
