Description of Work: They replaced a few shingles that had fallen off my roof. They also checked to make sure that no others were missing. They also glued some that were loose. They also cleaned the debris from my gutters. The only problem I had was that a few of the gutter screens came loose. I have not called them back to replace them which is my fault. I just have not taken the time to do so.

Description of Work: We scheduled a gutter cleaning for late last Fall and then due to inclement weather we had to reschedule to Jan. 4, 2014. I received a call that said they couldn't make it and that if would be the following week that they would come and perform the service. I have not heard from them since. I believe I sent two messages though the Angie's list website with no response. I have not pulled out a ladder to go and check if the service has been performed, but Irequested confirmation from the contractor which I never received. | |I can't comment on the Quality of their work or the professionalism of the people that came out to do the work, becasue as far as I can tell no work has been performed. I can understand weather delays for this kind of work and rescheduling is fine, but not responding or updating me about the work is unacceptable.

Description of Work: They sent me one email with a date and time of service, and since I did not want them to START cleaning my gutters at 4pm, I sent them an email with several other times and dates I would prefer. I have not heard one word from them since, despite many, many emails and phone calls. I am VERY UNHAPPY and will re-think purchasing from Angie's List again. I cannot purchase coupons and pay you, if your recommended vendors do not honor the agreement. Description of Work: Purchased a big desk coupon needing some repair on gutters at my home. I was immediately charged for this service. However after 3 weeks, the vendor has still not contacted me to schedule service. Thanks for crediting my account for this refund as soon as possible.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Virgil on late Friday afternoon, because the turbine on my roof flew off the day before, and several shingles needed to be replaced. He came out the next morning, assessed the damages and gave me a quote for what I needed to have repaired. He began working about an hour later, and I am very pleased with the products he chose and the quality of work performed.
