They were able to get us on the schedule on very short notice. I told them that they could just cut through the old shower wall to replace the valve bodies, but they went the extra mile and removed the entire she'll. The work was completed for less than a third of the cost I was quoted from another prominent plumber in town.

The guys were prompt, professional, explained all that was wrong and what was required to fix them. Besides having to leave to get parts, they completed all projects in both bathrooms in a timely fashion. In the midst of this pandemic, opening the front door to find they wore masks, was the cherry on top

kitchen faucet hot/cold lines attached backwards Outside faucet--plumbing team showed up in large truck, had NO SUPPLIES and had to leave to buy necessary repair supplies at Home Depot. I was told to wait a few days before turning on faucet and repair lasted less than 3 months before leak recurred. I would not recommend this plumber for any work, or at least the team that was sent for my service call.

Many times when a plumber arrives at a service call, he does not have the exact supplies needed for everything because the customer does not provide enough information. You can't expect a truck to be supplied with every item for every service call. The truck did have supplies but did not have what was needed for the outside faucet. Angie’s List shows that they cover my area. But they decided it was to far and never came to work on the problem. So apparently they say on here they cover my area 31 miles from them but they don’t. This seems to be a misrepresentation of their coverage area.

After installation we had very bad water pressure so when I called them to discuss they said we likely needed to upgrade to a 3/4" water line from the meter and that they would perform this work on a "time & material" basis (by the hour). It turns out that they did not fully turn the water valve back on to the house (my wife discovered this). On top of that, I have since experienced TWO leaks under my house that ran for weeks afterwards due to them over-tightening a new fitting into an existing one.

I called Bonnecaze Plumbing to help with a drain clog in my sink. A 2 man crew came to the house and we determined that the clog was actually very deep in the exterior drain. The plumbers used a snake system to clear it. They were on-site within an hour, completed the job, cleaned up and were gone in less than an hour. Fantastic service, fast and professional. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.
