Description of Work: Big River has replaced several double-paned window panes that had gotten foggy between the glass. They come and measure the windows, order the glass, and return for installation. They are punctual, professional, nice people. and the work has been great. When a window "goes bad," I call Big River.

Description of Work: Replaced two double-pane windows that had become foggy. they were prompt in sending someone to measure, etc., to quote the job. Efficient in dealings re accepting their quote, getting deposit paid so that windows could be ordered, etc. The installer was personable and professional.

Description of Work: Provided great service. Will use again. Only concern was that we never received copy of receipt for our records after 2 request attempts via email nor fax. Description of Work: We had 9 double paned windows (one a sliding glass door) that had gone bad. They responded very quickly to our call for an estimate, gave us a good, fair price, and did the work quickly and with good humor. I also had conversations with the office staff, who were responsive and informative. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: My windshield had several long cracks created by following too closely to a gravel truck. It was time to have an annual inspection of the automobile and it would not have passed without a new windshield. A new BMW windshield was ordered by Big River Glass and once it arrived an appointment date was set. The change took less than two hours and a do's and Don't work sheet was given to me and reviewed by the staff. I have experienced no problems with the new windshield and highly recommend Big River Glass to anyone who needs a new windshield. oscar allen

+ -1 moreExcellent service! Would use them in the future and will recommend them to others. Marsha spent a lot of time with me on the phone answered all of the questions I had. And I had a bunch of them. Most of which were fairly technical questions; I did a lot of research on the Internet before I began called glass companies. After I agree to go with them, the installers came out and took measurements. A week later, I had the exact piece of glass for which I asked and it fit like a glove! On top of that, the installers took the time to tape the entire inside pane rather than just knocking it all over the floor. There's no way I would have been able to find all of the glass if they had just knocked it down and tried to clean it up. I did lose a couple of plants in front of the window. But those are just casualities of war. No problems. Overall excellent experience. A+++
