+ -1 moreAfter experiencing some trades-people (not plumbers) who didn't do jobs well or even finish the job to code, we were twice-shy about who we could trust to do things correctly in our renovation. One contractor highly recommended B&D Plumbing to us. B&D sent Robby and Archie to install a kitchen faucet, disposer, dishwasher connect, and a bar faucet. They treated our project as if it were their project--with great care. They worked together seamlessly on the installations and checked for leaks and other issues for good measure. We were completely satisfied with their professionalism, promptness, and performance. We are glad to have found this business!

Description of Work: After telling them we had 2 shut off valves and not to touch the sink-- they forgot to turn off the shut off valves and disregarded instructions and cut the main valve stem under the sink. They flooded the "finished" kitchen with custom heart pine floors. Over $10K in damages and will not pay for their incompetence after shaking my hand and agreeing to make it right. They were extremely rude and arrogant.

+ -1 moreI have used them before inside, and they are a good company. I thought they were too high for what they did, and $5000 is a lot of money. I don't think I would call them for anything big, but they are good. My son is a handyman in Ohio, and he came after they had done the work, and he was shocked at how much they charged me. The concrete work is not good, and when you step out the back door, there is a dip, so when it rains, the rain water does not run off right outside the back door.
Description of Work: I had sewer rerouted by B&D Plumbing. They tore up my car port, and had to reroute my sewer line.
