Arrow Termite & Pest Control

I’ve had Arrow for almost a year and have only seen a tech once. Yet I’m still being charged quarterly. I spoke with someone who assured me that a tech would come out on Friday and when I called back to make sure they were still coming I was informed that the appointment was moved back 2 more weeks. Meanwhile I find termites around the inside perimeter of my home and still nothing. I will be calling for a refund of all my funds. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worse customer service and technicians. I've had Arrow for 3 yrs. After two visits this year because of poor inspection by the technician each time, I made several phone calls to Arrow, and still can't get all of my termite bait stations checked. Each technician only inspects 22 of 29 stations. I've offered my diagram of where they're located and Arrow has refused each time. My frustration over this service has fallen on deaf ears on multiple occasions. No one seems eager to rectify this situation. When I call the office, they make it sound like Travis, termite supervisor, will fix all. He's yet to come out after ensuring me on 8/19/22 that he would come himself and inspect the stations. If I owed Arrow money, they'd want me to pay up but, they can't honor their part of the agreement. I do not recommend Arrow.

They are hard to reach and don't show up for appointments

I've hired them for two houses and they didn't charge for one. They reassured my tenant and price was very competitive. I've referred them to family which is the best compliment for a business. ..good job!

Went well,very professional and personable

Good. Guy was on time and very nice. We barely seen any bugs since then, only if it rains!

I paid extra for the "green" pest control option, as I care about the environment and have chronic health issues that can be exacerbated by industrial chemicals. Every couple of treatments I would get an invoice stating that they had applied regular pesticides, although they continued to charge me extra for the "green" stuff. Each time, I would call and have the charges reversed and remind them to apply the non-toxic option, but it kept happening. I finally got fed up and cancelled.

I've never had any problems with them, you pay a couple hundred dollars a year and you think they are gonna come out and do what they are suppose to do. The only problem I have with them is i'm not sure if they are doing what they are suppose to do. When they are here, they are here for less then 10 minutes, I have a 3000 sq ft house how are you going to maintain my house in 10 minutes. They say they are doing it and I haven't had any problems, I don't know how thorough they've been, but I've been using them since I've been here for 7 years.

When they do the work they bill me. It's not a fixed contract it's just whenever they come out. I don't have any bad experiences with them at all. We have been using them for 20 years or more.

They are responsible, professional if we have a problem like seeing an occasional roach they would come out and spray. No problems with any experience with them.

The gentleman that performed the work was very knowledgable and professional. This is the second time we have used this company and would definitely used them again.

The initial consultation and the treatment was great. Both gentlemen that I met with were extremely professional and knowledgeable. However, they were over an hour late for the treatment appointment. When I called after waiting the first 30 minutes, they said they moved my appointment but no one from Arrow informed me of the change.

Fast service, treatment was effective.

After seeing termite swarmers, we purchased the $69 general spraying with free termite inspection. They called the next day and set up an appointment for the following day after that. Peter was our tech and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He gave me the full run down on the types of termites we have locally and immediately identified the swarmers that had invaded our home. From there, he did the general spray inside and out as well as the inspection. He spent about 15 minutes going over my carious options for the future and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them again and ask for Peter. I cannot vouch for other techs.

Services were paid for in advance and not performed when scheduled. High price for poor/no service.

We tried to contact them many times and no response. I was never able to schedule anything.

It went very well. The technician called me 30 minutes ahead of time so I could meet him at my house. We got there right about the same time. He was very courteous and proffessional. He introduced himself with I.D. credentials. He performed his work and checked with me to explain what was performed and gave me a tour of the house. What a pleasent feeling and a relief for me.

Very well, we started seeing dead American cockroaches shortly after the spraying. The work performed appeared to be comprehensive. The company was also very willing to help reschedule due to weather events.
