Arrow Termite & Pest Control

We are concerned. Our credit card has been charge for this service which we signed up for on Monday, April 7. However, we have not received any message from this company. We listed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday as our preferred days for this service. It is now after 11:00p.m., and tomorrow is Thursday, April 10th. We did expect some kind of message since they have already received payment! We received a first visit on April 14. However, it is May 31st, and we still have not gotten the second visit which should have been done within days of the initial contact. Calls and messages have gone unanswered. We are deeply annoyed and dissatisfied with Arrow Termite and Pest Control. Our advice based on personal experience is stay FAR AWAY from this company. On top of all of the problems listed above, we have now received a BILL for money that was already paid for by credit card during the initial "Angie's List" acceptance of a special offer!!!! Again, calls to them are not returned!!! DO NOT USE ARROW TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL!!!

We had to call them back, but we couldn't schedule a time at that time, so I never got back to them, and they never got back to me. I don't hear any pests or rats any more, but I can't go up there to check. They were very efficient, they are very thorough, on time, and do what they say they are going to do.

We met with the service technician at our home. He was very knowledgeable, professional and wasted no time doing what was necessary to get the job done. We were very happy with our service and will use them again.

He came out and sprayed all around the house and in the attic. He's coming back out to do more work.

Did their job and was satisfied with their work.

My experience with Arrow has been awesome. Scheduling was easy, and Joseph arrived on time. Joseph was extremely professional and I am very pleased with the services he performed, which included treating both the interior and exterior of my house. I no longer hear any 'suspicious sounds.' Plus, when I walked into the kitchen this morning, I saw one of those big cockroaches belly up, which means the treatment was effective. I entered into an annual contract with Arrow, which was, in my opinion, the best option to give me peace of mind!! Thanks, Joseph and Arrow, for such wonderful service.

I purchased an angielist deal for a full termite treatment. Arrow called me to schedule the appointment and were nice and professional when they did the work. There was an issue on our end and they couldn't finish on the first day but came out another day with no issues at all to complete the work. It was an easy and smooth transaction. I would recommend them.

It was fine. They came and did what they needed to do quickly. They came and did the job while I was not at home. It took a couple tries to coordinate the scheduling with them.

My experience was fine. Scheduling was kind of an issue, it took three weeks for them to get a hold of me. I had to call Angie’s List to get something scheduled. Two technicians showed up to do the work and they showed up on time. They seemed nice when they did arrive. I asked questions about the process and they were very good to show me and explain to me what they were doing.

They never called or show up for the dates that I picked on the website. I never been in contact with them since I made the appointment online. If I'm wrongly accused them than my apologies.

It went very well. We’ve had no issues since they did the work, and I plan on using them again. The crew that came out was very informative and helpful. I was overall pleased and I’d recommend them to others as well.

It was good. We purchased a Big Deal and they got back to us quickly and then they came back 2 or 3 times because we got some issues with rats in our attic. They had been attentive when they came and followed up. It was a positive experience for us. The guy was in contact pretty quickly after we made the purchase. He came and he seemed to be knowledgeable, and did a thorough job when he was there. I didn't have any dislikes, other than it hasn't worked yet, but that has been much our fault. We are just trying to work through getting it to turn out.

The tech arrived on time, was thorough and did a great job. He was very informative and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

The gentleman arrived ON TIME as promised, and was very professional. He inspected our home inside and out and made a few suggestions. He then treated our kitchen with a paste to prevent roaches and other pesky bugs, then sprayed inside and out. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. I will definitely use Arrow's services again!

They did that fine. They guys were friendly. There were additional problems, that they were supposed inform me about, however I have not heard back from them yet.

The technicians gave us tips on how to prevent rodents from getting into our food. They were supposed to come out today, but because of the rain, they will come back tomorrow. The $99 covers all of this work. I purchased their quarterly maintenance package. Getting the appointment set up went well. I was called and within a day or two, they were out. They sent two technicians and they were fairly punctual for my appointment and professional. They answered my questions and offered good advice.

I could have done all this myself. Next time I will since I now know this is all a professional would do. Update: After seeing my less then positive remarks after their service call, Arrow called me to schedule a follow up appointment to see what they could do to improve my image of their service. They were very accommodating and seemed genuinely interested in satisfying me. They came out again at no charge.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I called Arrow when I had an issue with a previous pest control company that was corrected by Arrow. They provided information to help my client make the best economical decision. I have recommended them to many other clients and friends.

It went really well. Mick was very informative, told us what he'd do, and how long it would take. He was punctual, he knocked on my door to let me know he was here, and he was also very quick.

Arrived on time. Worked quickly and efficiently. Office staff is very cordial.

The technician was very professional and courteous. He also explained in detail the process of how he was treating the house for termite protection.

I saw the 50% off coupon for Termidor on Angies List and gave them a call. I had seen the start of a termite trail and wanted to get treatment fast. All the folks involved were very professional and nice, and I felt comfortable to have them in my home. Jim, the initial rep, explained exactly what would be done and answered all my questions...he even did a spot treatment for me at the suspect area that same day. The treatment was done just as had been explained and they were on-time. I found out later that both of my neighbors also use Arrow and have been happy with them.

The technician arrived 5 min. before the scheduled time(always a plus for me). He trenched the areas around the slab and drilled the expansion joints. Applied the chemical, and put the dirt and grass that was trenched out back in the trench and sprayed chemical on it. The drill holes were treated and covered back up with concrete. I'm not an expert on Termite Jobs but the entire job looked good. I would say Arrow did an excellent job all the way around!
