Arrow Termite & Pest Control

Some confusion about dates. I was sick and had to cancel. bad weather they cancelled. But eventually a technician showed up. Would use again. Plan to call about termites in garage.

Purchased through an angie's list deal since other quotes were around $85 for the same service. Did not hear from them right away to schedule service so called myself. Arrived promptly, explained what they were doing and that there was a 30 day guarantee for re-treatment if I saw any live bugs in the house. They were done quickly and I would definitely use their services again if needed.

It went very well, we haven't seen any bugs since. They will dig a trench around your dwelling so if you have valuable landscaping close to the house, plan ahead because they have to get right on top/under them. Besides that they are prompt & the workers are courteous. They will come out & treat your termite damaged area when you repair it as part of the contract. The Angie's List is a great bargain & I'm glad I came across it. I am very happy with Arrow Termite & Pest Control.

The treatment seemed thorough and I have seen some dead bugs around, as a result. I was happy with the service.

Technician was punctual, respectful and very informative.

Prompt and courteous. I was not home when they came (my wife was), but I called the tech, Matthew, later that day (after hours) to discuss a hole in our front garden. He called me right back to discuss possible rodents, and gave me some recommendations. Very professional. Thanks again!

I've had arrow before and I had to drop them. I think they over did the product and I didn't like it when my windows and porch were soaking wet.

Very well. Great response and cry thou rough in explaining the services. We had terminus before and charged us for services not provided. Arrow always has responded quickly to our needs. Like when a new ant bed would come up, they come the next day.

They do a great job, are reasonably priced and reliable. I have been using them for 3 years and will continue to work with them.

It went okay but I have wood floors and I was not informed they would put somethings on it. It was simply okay but not the best.

We had just moved into the home a week ago. We had an inspection by the selling agent in order for the mortgage to close. We are new to the area coming from the Boston area and still are in learning phase. We had found a hole in the pantry and several family members that leave in Louisiana said we should check to see if that was a rat hole. Coming from Boston we did not have dealings with pest control companies. I called Arrow because I knew they were one of the top in Louisiana as I had heard from several agents as a company name that had been brought up to us in passing. Luckily I found them on Angie's list and saw they had a "A" rating so we called them. Daniel came out and he was very polite and knew what he was doing. He had suggested that we have a contract with a service provider because termites are well known that the live here in the South. I had no idea that you should have a preventive ongoing contract with a pest control company. I remember some of the homes that we had put bids on had pest control contracts but I thought that was because they has a termite issue and some did but the bigger part to us is to be proactive not reactive. We spoke to Jodi and she was extremely knowledgeable and very kind to us and explained everything in detail. She did say our home at one time had a contract about 4 plus years ago but the homeowner had it lapse. My husband told Jodi that we were having landscaping done in the next few weeks and she suggested we wait on the inspection as it will stir everything up. So we are waiting. But I will write more after the inspection has been completed. As far as the rodent situation they found none and they sprayed for ants, spiders and silverfish. ( I did have those under the refrigerator) Thank you Jodi and Daniel!

They showed up on time. I think they did what they were supposed to do. But whetever they used didn’t work because I still see insects.

When they got here they said they had to drill into my property 10ft. in several places in the foundation because my house is on a slab. The total estimate was up to $8,000. They suggested I go to a bigger company who has better equipment so they wouldn’t have to drill into my foundation. I didn’t end up using they, they let me know fairly quickly they wouldn’t be able to do the job.

RETURN CALL TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT VERY PROMPT/APPOINTMENT TIMES WERE FLEXIBLE FOR MY WORK SCHEDULE/MR. CHARLIE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB PROFESSIONALLY AND IN THE TIME FRAME THAT WAS ESTIMATED FOR THE JOB/NO MORE SPIDERS!

The gentlemen who performed the work were professional, punctual, kind, and very help.

He did not do what I wanted him to do. If he will not go into any attic that does not have plywood floors , he will not get much done . In fact , they should post a disclaimer that he will not go in attics without plywood floors .

It was fine. It could have been sort of a more transparent experience but I think other than that it was good. I don't know if I would use them again. I would price it out again for sure.

The Service was performed in a timely manner. The supervisor explained each step of the inspection and treatment.

It worked out well. He arrived on time, gave me lots of helpful hints and I was very happy with the service.
