Great, they actually showed up a little early, worked quickly and efficiently and I have not seen any bugs since!

I managed to make the appointment with no problems. The description clearly states "Inspect your home for recent termite activity, report findings to you, and suggest treatment options". Charles (the technician) told me he was not here for termites, but was very friendly and helpful, and immediately called the office to ask what was included. Unfortunately, Samantha (the lady in the office he spoke with) did not have a very nice attitude, which I heard due to the fact that she was on speaker phone. Charles apologized to me for her attitude and was clearly embarrassed, but he told me he always uses speakerphone so he can work while he talks. The termite evaluation appointment was then made with a very nice lady named Susan. Charles explained everything to me as he was working and was very informative. I was very happy with his work. It's just a shame about the lady in the office, as that is usually the first point of contact for a customer and could very well put them off making an appointment. My B rating for Professionalism was due to the office attitude, otherwise it would have been an A. Had my termite evaluation appointment not been made, the rating would have been lower due to the fact that it says it is included in the deal.

The people said they came out and checked and sprayed our property. The problem was we have a gate that we keep locked to our backyard. The morning of service we forgot to unlock it and when we got home we saw a bill for 100 dollars claiming that they had inspected our whole property. We promptly called them and stated who they could not of inspected our whole property. Which the guy who came out later stated as well. So they lied to about coming out and then said they would come out again.....not sure if they ever did but these guys are crooks beware.

It took 2 trips due to the weather, but it was completed in a timely manner.

never made it past the 10 question robo-receptionist and then the "real" receptionist that asked the same questions! Didn't schedule service with a company that makes customers go through all that just to schedule an appointment?

I originally posted a negative review on this company. I have been customer for many years, but recently had been dissatisfied regarding the time it took to schedule service after sending in my payment. Since that review, Jacob, the owner of the company, called me and took the time to explain his company's position, which no one had done whenever I previously voiced my concerns to office personnel. He agreed that the communication with customers could improve on that issue, and he is working to make that happen. After my conversation with Jacob, I realized that part of my dissatisfaction was just a misunderstanding on my part as to what is supposed to be done. Jacob was willing to work with me to get things right and to keep my business. I am completely satisfied with the outcome, and I am happy to continue to be a customer of Arrow Pest Control. His actions made it apparent that he cares about his customers and of the reputation of his business. And I think it's important to mention that he did not ask me to withdraw or edit my complaint on Angie's List, he was only concerned with making me happy and keeping my business. I am revising my review on my own based on his response to me and his efforts to make things right. I definitely recommend Arrow Termite and Pest Control to anyone needing termite and/or pest control service.

I'm unleashing a years worth of bad experience ... First let me say I've been with Arrow for many years for termites and general pest control . The past year the service was horrible and I have recently changed pest control and termites treatment will be changed next year , as I just recently made the mistake for renewing with them . My yearly contract for termites was up for renewal 03/30/2016 and I paid well in advance 02/2016 . NEVER heard from them, by the end of March I took the initiative to call them . All they could say was okay , sorry the rain pushed us back . I can understand the rain but its the responsibility for the company to contact / communicate with the customer . It was scheduled for 4/05/2016 , No time frame . Was told in the morning and the technician would call prior to arrival . Did that happen ? Course not ! I ran a short errand as it was pushing noon time, I really figured it was gonna be another no show like they've done the past year with my general pest control. I have to be informed / scheduled due to large dogs and gates locked . When I pulled up from my errand the tech was at my house , he said he had been here about 5 mins. I told him they told me you were gonna call before showing , he just said sorry . I said " well , it's a good thing I locked the dogs inside and left the gate open" . I'm sorry but its tacky and unprofessional . It's either show without notice or scheduled and get a no show . The time I wasn't schedule and the lady showed to do general pest control as I was walking out the door when I saw her in the drive way , she knew I wasn't happen and said we could reschedule .No thank you , your already here . She knew I was leaving so she rushed through and I had chemicals everywhere, it was horrible !! At that point I thought , guess I should have rescheduled . I don't know what happen to this company the past year but I'm finished with them !! I will not use them again and do not recommend Arrow .

They provide great services for a very reasonable price.

The service was fine. They came out within a couple of weeks.

I have not seen any evidence since treatment.

Inspector for provider came to my home to give an estimate for treatment because I wasn't sure what the deal on Angie's List would cover. Initially he gave me a price of $2200 for treatment for termites. I had already mentioned the Angie's list deal for $849. I pulled it up on the internet and read through it with the inspector. He said there must be a mistake in the post because the treatment would be calculated in linear feet and not square feet - as advertised. He ultimately gave me an estimate of $1600 which consisted of the treatment advertised for $800 plus an additional treatment for what appears to be a live infestation for $800. He said it was a steal - because the deal had not been advertised correctly on AL, and I would not find a better price. He said I could have the weekend to think about it but the price would only be good until Monday noon (it was Friday). I said I was getting another estimate on Monday afternoon, so couldn't get back to him until later than noon. He eventually agreed. During the whole discussion he was trying to reach his boss because he was sure the posted deal on AL was incorrect. He called back a couple hours later to say he'd spoken with his boss and could offer an even better deal - he could drop the price by $300 to $1300. Bottom line, the guy was uninformed and/or tried to take advantage of me. It is not acceptable to argue about a deal posted in writing. And clearly the guy handed me a load of bs - best deal I'd get, a steal, pressure to decide quickly. The other provider, also with a deal on AL for the same treatment, came out today. The inspector was familiar with the deal, completely honored it, and will treat the live infestation for an additional $100. Plus the annual inspection for the warranty they give is over $100 less than that of the other provider. An altogether different experience. I will rate the second provider after they do the treatment, which is scheduled in January.

They came out to my father's place about a month ago. The first service was free because of the resolution of a previous issue. I think next year they are going to spray his place three more times for him, whatever the package deal was. The pricing was right on the money. My dad seemed real happy with him.

the deal I purchased through Angie's list wasn't applicable for attics but I asked them to come out and give me an etimate for exclusion services. The inspector was punctual, professional and helpful with advice. He wasn't able to find any entry points but offered to return when I could give access to the far reaches of the attic and laid down some poison. Would hire them in the future.

The guy went around the house and looked for gaps that rodents could get in. I haven't had any issues with them since they came out. I always get the same person and if I have a question I have to wait for him to get back to the office to get a call back. I didn't like that but as far as the service and the service man, he's on time and he goes above and beyond explaining what he was doing and kind of educating me on different things to look for. I went ahead and got the termite spray too. That was a little more work involved because they had to drill by the house and put in things and spray for the termites. There was a small issue on the scheduling. I think I was expecting him on one day and he didn't show up so I had to call and reschedule.

Called promptly to set up an appointment. The day of the appointment they were right on time. I've noticed a big difference since they sprayed. Highly recommend.

They did great. There were no extra charges. The bugs went away, but they didn't stay away. They haven't called or asked if I wanted another treatment. They sent somebody out but the machine was broke. So, he did the inside but couldn't do the outside. They knew when I scheduled that I had asked for inside and outside. So they should have called and said something. They had to come back two weeks later once the machine was fixed. They were on time. They were professional.

Originally, a technician who specialized in termites was sent over due to the rodent technician having truck problems. He was not very helpful and suggested I would need to spend a lot of money to get what I expected. He did spray inside for insects which was the most helpful thing he did. I called the office to let them know I had not received the services detailed in the Angie's List deal I had purchased and they sent out the rodent technician at my earliest convenience. This technician was fantastic. He went above and beyond to provide the services detailed in the deal and gave me confidence that my problem was contained. He also sprayed the exterior of my house and yard for insects. I plan to sign a service contract with Arrow, they heard my complaints and worked to fix it and the technician that came out the second time was fantastic.

Excellent. Joseph showed up early, asked if we had any immediate concerns re: pest. We then discussed what he was going to do. We discussed concerns I had around our pet. He also found and sprayed in a 2nd trap door near the bathroom that our long term provider was not aware of, which is why that one room probably always had those flying bugs from the tub area. On the outside, he sprayed the house and windows as well. A very thorough job. Joseph was prompt, courteous and his professionalism was way above what we were dealing with for our long term provider. I plan on signing up for future, quarterly services as long as I can request Joseph to be our guy.

First visit went well. Lady did her job and left. I had to call them back because we still had bugs around house and ants in yard. She came back, sprayed some in the house and yard. She left without saying so. 2nd trip not as good as first.

The first time they came out, the person did not finish the job. I then wrote a review and the Supervisor came out yesterday, apologized and made everything right. The Supervisor was polite and professional.

Great choice! Scheduling was easy, the service guy was prompt and polite and professional. Would definitely recommend this place for pest control.

I was not there my mother was and she was pleased with the service and the outcome. So far I have not heard her complain.

Did not spray window areas as advertised and was supposed to bring something to elate silver fish but did not. Otherwise did good job.

The owner of the company is local New Orleans and easy to deal with- and the perk, I never had to go in my attic!!! This company is licensed by LA Wildlife and Fisheries, and removes all sorts of rodents legally and humanely. You can tell they love animals. I never dealt with raccoons before- so I was somewhat worried about the procedure and the price. They provide a great service and follow the job through to the end, which means a few trips (quick trips -to either reset traps to make sure they get everything, and to retrieve the live animals.) I think the price was fair, especially for the piece of mind, like I said, I'm new to this and didn't know where to start. They will even patch the holes and and tell you the problem spots your house may have. I don't write many reviews, but I thought that this may help someone.
