Description of Work: was initially impressed that would come out on a saturday. i changed my plans to accommodate the fact that they would be there. |no call no show. eventually did get in touch with them. the man in charge apologized and made it right. i still have rodents and am about to use my 90 guarantee.

Description of Work: I got a call confirming the dates and times to go out to my property to do the service. First month no problem, tech went out and sprayed. Second month they called to reschedule because the tech was ill, so I agreed to that. Never got a call about the last treatment, and honestly I forgot to follow up with them about it. I have no reason to think that they didn't spray but since I don't live there I'm going to check and see. Unless there was a mistake I don't think I'll have to edit this review.

Description of Work: Contacted Arrow on 10/02/2015 to purchase the $99.00 Rodent Exclusion Package. I was connected with the nearest office to my residence in New Orleans. I was informed that the $99.00 package only covered smaller rodents like rats and mice and not squirrels and larger rodents. I was quoted a price of $250.00 for these larger rodents. I scheduled an appointment for 10/5/2015 at 3:30. No one showed at 3:30 on Monday so I called Arrow at 4 p m, I was told that the tech. should have been there by now and to hold on while she attempted to locate him. The person came back to phone and said that she was still attempting to contact the tech. And would called me back immediately when she talked with him. Today is Wednesday the 7th of October and I still have not heard from anyone at Arrow.

Description of Work: My house was thoroughly treated with insecticide to kill roaches and ants. The outside perimeter was also treated to prevent re infestation. I am planning to use Arrow for my future exterminator needs.

Description of Work: They were very courteous, explained everything they were going to do and offered a bigger savings if I wanted to have my property treated quarterly. They were early, which was great because I had something to come up that required me to be away from the home if they had come at our scheduled time. Great service, haven't seen any bugs, will definitely call them back.
