Arrow Termite & Pest Control

I actually had bad situation turned amazing. I had purchased the living social deal above and had a technician come out to the house, spray and inspect the house for termites. About a month later I discovered that I had termites. Although I realize, this one technician was most likely not representative of the company, at the time I did not trust Arrow to do the treatment if they missed the termites on inspection. Using Angie's list I read reviews specific to termites treatments and issues and decided to have my home treated by Terminex. Although they were pricer the warranty and national name gave me comfort. Fast forward a month later. 6pm I have a nock on my front door and it is Jacob, the assistant manager of Arrow. He personally came to my home to apologize and address the situation/experience I had. He asked what he could do to makes things right. He offered to pay me the full price of the treatment plan I purchased with Terminex and also to inspect the affected area of the house with advanced thermal, moisture and vibration technology (terminex did not do) regardless of if I returned to them. This type and level of customer service doesn't seem to exist in our society any more, and where it does it is few and far between. For someone personally, to come to my home and fight for my business, follow up, apologize and try to make it right --- well I am still speechless. In addition, he offered to take my contract on with the work Terminex did and up'd the anti. For less money, he would come out every 6 months and chemically treat my home. Terminex did not even offer that. I regret now, not calling and addressing the issue at the time, but I will definitely be using them from here on out. Anyone willing to do what they did for customer satisfaction, especially for someone they lost business from, speaks to the character of the company and its leadership. I have complete confidence Arrow will take care of me 100% from here on out.

I've been very satisfied with them. I also have a yearly termite contract with them. They are very professional. The service is always good. If I see something after they have left, I just call them and they will come back and retreat if necessary. I have not compared prices but the termite treatment was very reasonable compared to a couple of others that I called. They are very informative.

The Tech did a very good job, and he was very professional. Mr. Charles did the pest control for my home. He explained what he was going to do. The Tech who did the termite control explained what he was going to do. Both of them were very friendly and professional. I am very satisfied with their service. I will not stay with this company. We are satisfied customers.

ist 5 years great,but later wou;ld not schedule appointment when homeowners were home; instead would "come" unkown to homeowners and then send a bill on cost of termite maintenance annual check ups. Homeowners complaints were ignored.

They were very prompt, very reasonably priced, and here when they said they were going to be. They did an excellent job finding the problems we had with the specialized ants. He also found a termite infestation that we were not aware of and took care of it in a way that didn't harm our dogs.

I have had Arrow doing my termite control for over 4 years now and decided to get them for pest control after seeing the $20 special being advertised. I was seeing ants and silverfish, so I was looking to get rid of them. Arrow comes 2 times per year for termite treatment and I have a damage warranty. They put down chemical every treatment, not just a "visual" inspection like the previous company we used when we purchased the house. They have always been easy to schedule termite services, and they were able to do my termite renewal and first pest control treatment at the same time which made it convenient for me. Michelle was my technician on my first treatment. She spent about 45 minutes on my first service treating both the inside and outside with what looked to be 5 different chemicals. I haven't seen anymore ants or silverfish since Arrow cam. Well worth the $20. They are now coming quarterly for $79 as part of my maintenence plan. Again, well worth it. I would definetely recommend Arrow to anyone.

Great service! My technician, Michelle went over and beyond my basic service package. She found multiple exterior wasp/pest problems outside my home and took care of it immediately while keeping me informed the entire time. She gave me advice for avoiding these problems in the future. I am a repeat customer because of Arrow's excellent service and expertise. They are prompt and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Arrow Pest Control!

They are easy to work with. If there is a problem I just call them and they come out and take care of it.

The prices are fair and they are timely. They are a local company.

I have been using them for 15 years. When I did call for another property, the prices with them were pretty reasonable. Since I've been there for so long, I know the people who come out. They call and let me know when they will there. They are pretty quick when I call them, everybody is busy but they do come out.

They are ok I guess. We didn't really look into any other companies, we just went with the company that whoever previously lived here had. I am not necessarily pleased. I am building a new house and I will go with someone else. I still see bugs and I don't really know if they come around or not. They are here every three months but I am not sure what they do. I don't really ever have to talk to them, but they are ok when I do.

They show up and they just leave a receipt when they are done. They go around the outside and spray the outside. and it must be working because I don't have any pests.

They work out fine with me. I have no complaints.

I have been using Arrow Pest Control for two years. I pay them semi annually. They spray inside my home for pests. I feel the service they provide is average for pest control.

They do excellent work. I have been pleased with their work for 15 years. They keep to the time that they say they will come. They responded quickly to the request that I had, asking them to come to the house. If I do find a bug in the house, it's dead.

They are really good and the quality of their work is excellent. They know when they are supposed to come and they come. They will call me the day before and ask me if it is okay to come the next day. I think their pricing is reasonable. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They are good and I don't have any problems. If I am not home they will leave a message to reschedule. They are located close by. I have good service and there is no reason for me to look for anyone else. The price is OK.

They come every 6 months for treatment. I guess the price was fair as any other. They were fine and the quality of the work has been good. The price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism have been good so far. I will continue to use them in the future.

I've been with them for 10 years. I had used them at my work so I chose to use them at my personal home. I am very, very happy with these people and I will absolutely continue to use them.

They are great. If I see a bug, even if it isn’t my regular time, they will come out and spray. Usually they spray on the outside, but they’ll spray whatever you want if you ask for it. They send the same person every time and she always knocks on the door to see if I need a spray on the inside. It is worth the money to not have to see bugs.

Just recently (August, 2011), I paid for a semi annual termite inspection/treatment. After waiting nearly six weeks for them to schedule the inspection (or just show up), I cancelled the termite service and contract in writing, and asked for a refund for the semi annual termite inspection (that had no been performed). After I cancelled the contract, they did leave a voice message offering to schedule an inspection. There was no explaination or any attempy at an apology, and they never issued a refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, who, after a short process, did issue a credit to my account for the full amount of the inspection charge. I know it can be difficult to find a pest control company that will provide decent service. The larger companies, like Arrow seem to hire low skilled people to actually come out to do the work. If you can find a small owner/operator type pest control company, you might do a little better. I have decided to self treat my home for termites (as needed) in the future.
