At Arrow we are always dedicated to the customer and their needs. Let's talk about how Arrow met (and exceeded) the needs of the Deal you purchased. We created this Deal for people with minor infestations and looking to prevent common rodents and pests during this time of year. With that being said, I’m convinced Arrow could have not done anything to make you happy. We arrived to your home and put out two extra bait boxes on the exterior of your home at no charge. We also identified sanitation issues along with German Roaches. German Roaches are excluded from this deal because they are associated with sanitation issues which makes them exceedingly difficult to control with a one-time service. We informed you of this at service and recommended a regular treatment plan for these roaches that you declined. Arrow scheduled an Account Manager to your home just one month later. You expressed no dissatisfaction with our service. We would have gladly gone the extra mile for you (again) if you would have been dissatisfied. That was the point of our follow-up. What more do you want from Arrow? Since that day, I have sent the Account Manager out there again and our Pest Control Supervisor to try and remedy the problem. You have not called us back. I'm am very sorry you are having a problem, but this deal with your level of infestation really was not for you. As far as the “extreme price” goes...It is a 60% off deal. Call up our office for an estimate on the same service and we will tell you the regular price. Lastly, as far as Arrow being late, we were 17 minutes late for your 4pm appointment and stayed there the correct amount of service time. Our technician Tina called you because your trailer was very hard to locate. You had to help her with directions. Thank you. That is sometimes needed. The facts are that you purchased a deal with an existing bad infestation that shouldn't have even been covered under the deal. We treated it for you anyway, did extra work at no charge, and followed-up many times with no response from you except this harsh review. It’s insultingly inaccurate sir. I am usually the first one to humble myself and apologize for mistakes and make things right. It cannot be the case here. I’ve done my homework. There is nothing more I could do as an Owner of a business to make you happy. I will gladly show you the truck GPS report, the paperwork, and a copy of the deal you purchased to back everything up.
