+ -1 moreNoticed that the AC was not coming on due to water condensate accumulation in the drip pan with subsequent activation of the water level safety shutoff. I cleared the immediate problem and then called Apex-Aire. They scheduled a visit and came as promised. Fast, efficient and pleasant to work with. Answered all questions satisfactorily and on the spot. I decided to have the drip pan replaced and arranged for them to make a return trip to do that. I plan on having them do routine maintenance on regular basis.
Description of Work: Inspected, cleaned and made repairs for our AC/heating system. Opened clogged condensate drain. Replaced blower capacitor. Cleaned condenser unit.
