Very professional, very good job

The company sent employees to our home at least twice. The first time they arrived they did not have the sealant. The second time they arrived a rain shower had come through. Then there was couple of months that the company would get to us the next week. Then one employee broke his leg and was out for months of recuperation. (I'm not sure why they would not send a different employee.) Then we had area wide flooding and the company's employees were repairing their homes. I have spoken to the manager. I have left numerous voice mails. My wife has called. They will not return our phone calls. It has been 11 months and a simple job has still not been completed. We still have a bucket collecting rain water in our attic.

Again, we never heard from the company. No repairs were done.

Everything went okay. They were on the spot and they did do some work over the weekend. They kept at it and got it done and it looks great.

Overall it went well. The major drawback is not establishing who on the work crew should be contacted for discussing details in english.

Winston arrived on time and provided me with a thorough assessment of my roof's condition including pictures. He also gave me a bid for repairing the roof damage or for replacing the roof.

It went well. He was on time, professional and did, in my opinion, a good job.

I was wonderful and it was a very very good experience. He was scheduled to come on a Friday. He gave me a call 15 minutes before he could come. It stormed that day but anyway he came. It was very pleasant experience. He realized he couldn't do anything on the roof but he wanted to come and introduce himself to me. I used to have some roofing issues, I had discovered a leak and what he did was he went up to the attic. He had all his credentials with him that included the license, the bond and insurance. He corked the leak. It was raining and he came to do the work. It was a really good experience. One of the things that really impressed me was he did not tell me that the roof is bad but he looked that the vent that was put in was the problem for the leak and he corked the leak.

We heard about Alvin Ballard Roofing on "The Michael Berry Show" and decided to give them a call. They were the most reasonable bid we received and very nice to work with. They arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were neat, efficient and very responsive. They completed our roof replacement in about a day and a half and left our yard spotless and free of any nails. They even walked our property several times to make sure they'd picked-up all nails and debris. We had neighbors stop by because they couldn't believe how quickly these guys were working. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely recommend them to friends, family & clients.
