+ -1 moreFrom the initial phone call, I was very pleased. I explained what my laptop was doing and took it in to them. Both the gentleman on the phone, and the lady at the front counter were very professional and knowledgeable. My laptop was ready for me right on schedule, and I received a senior discount!!

+ -1 moreSony Vaio Laptop appeared to be dead with no evidence of activity when plugged into power adapter. The technician at All Sales Computers reseated the memory board and the computer returned to life. I was not charged.

+ -1 moreI was having trouble with my laptop, which could have been a motherboard failure - after diagnostics, they determined it was an overheating problem. No charge to me, very nice, knowledgeable people!
Description of Work: These very nice people provided free diagnostics and didn't try to sell me anything. The diagnostics were truly free and they also gave me helpful advice, which nobody had ever told me, about how I had adversely affected the health of my laptop.
