Description of Work: This company distroyed my home. I was miss informed by the ower, Andrew Alessi. His company was not licensed in the state. He and employees distroyed my home and left it open to the elements. The contrator's board fined him over $45,000 for what his company did to me. I lost the cost of my home in the whole mess.

Description of Work: General contractor, had let his license expire and insurance, even though he showed the written materials to me. I even called the state and asked if there were any complaints and was told there were none but I was not informed that he was unlicensed. After his work he left my home without inside doors or door frames, no kitchen, or baths. All fixtures had been removed and to add insult to injury he removed all electrical wiring, sheet rock, and insulation. The plumbing was also removed and broken WITH NO OUTSIDE WORKING FACETS. This fact made watering outside plants impossible. As a result, all out side landscape material died, which cost us numerous other thousands of dollars. At the end of this experience, the total loss was over 400,000 cash because I had to let the home go for the lone value only to a young contractor and family that can do the work themselves while living there. This is just an over view of the horrible outcome. Stay as far away from this man and his whole family. They work as a team. Rip you off in concert. True con-people. The contractor was hired to paint home and change out kitchen only.
