Dan is always very responsive and professional. He turns up when he says he will, or will call promptly with any delays caused by previous jobs running long. He fixes the problem first time, his prices are reasonable and he takes GREAT care in the house to keep the area clean.

This is the 3rd time I have hired this company. Daniel is consistently prompt, courteous, honest - quotes are fair and accurate (none of that $30 quote then ending up with a final bill of $500), work is done very efficiently - he is on the ball and does not waste your time. He explains everything so that you fully understand all things involved prior to starting work. Excellent quality work. Very highly recommend.

Called and came a little early. Got right to work. Identified the problem and thoroughly investigated. Resolved the issue. Freon is Very expensive. Cleaned our other unit at a reasonable cost. Very friendly and professional.

It went very good. Daniel was very punctual and efficient. Explain the problem I have with the A/C, that stop cooling the day before, because it has hole and all the gas was gone. The day was horrible hot but he did the job in a very professional and timely manner. He answered all my questions. I'm very happy that I choose him for this Job.

Very Punctual, quick. Very knowledgeable and gave us very good advice on how to proceed with our antiquated unit. He just provided the facts and we didn't feel any pressure from him at all. Explained everything before he did it and tried to give us an accurate estimate on what the cost might be. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and use them again. The only problem I had was that he placed a sign on the common grounds, as that is not allowed according to our HOA. I would have preferred to be asked before that happened and would have been happy to place it in my yard (which is what I did after I found the sign). Other than that I couldn't have been happier. He was on time. He did exactly what he said he was goanna do. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anybody. He puts on little booties over his shoes before he walks in your house. That's a small detail, but that's huge. That's customer service right there. That is caring about your customer.

Mr. Bandy showed up between 10am and 6pm as promised, which I was a little skeptical of at first. Upon the second visit to fix our system, the window of time was much shorter, between 7:30 and 8:30am, and he was right on time! The a/c is up and running now. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and focused on the mission to fix our a/c, no time wasting personal conversations or skeezy sales tactics here. We will use Residential in the future. Mike G

We did not need to complete any work, since his inspection confirmed HVAC system was safe.

When he indicated it would be around 4pm I was skeptical but he was right in that time period. I was really expecting to get a call around 6 saying he would need to reschedule like happens all to often. I was also expecting a trainee or a sub contractor that had no connection to the company except that's who he was working for that day. It seems obvious it is either his company or a family company and that he takes it very seriously. My only question comes from a bullet point on their web page, “24 Hour Emergency Service with NO OVERTIME RATES! “. When I called Sunday around 8 p.m. and asked about the possibility of getting help that night, he said they don't service A/C at night. He said the lack of light is a problem but they do service furnaces at night. That kind of baffled me since I expect you would need to be able to see either one if you are working on them. I was overall very pleased and will definitely keep the phone number where I can find it case of future problems.

Sent message night before and called morning of. Daniel came out in the afternoon, arriving before time slot. Replaced capacitor and checked system after it lined out. Very honest and upfront. Gave us a heads up that we may need to replace the unit in a few years (it's a 12yr old unit) and amount it costs now so we wouldn't have sticker shock. Also let us know the fan is wearing out, but doesn't need to be replaced just yet. Will use again. Highly recommended!

The service went well. Service man came out and checked out the system and said all was fine. He even suggested that if we didn't have a problem, it may be ok to skip a service check in the next year since everything looked fine.

Daniel was proactive and scheduled my appointment as soon as possible. I knew the issues with our air conditioning system from past service calls from other companies and lots of research on my own. Daniel came into our home and did basic testing that other companies neglected to do (based on personal internet research). He gave us several options and explained each of them. Each option corresponded with the research that I had done. He is an honest guy and you just can't beat his prices and ethic. We had to opt for temporarily fixing our air conditioning but will absolutely get him to replace our system as soon as we can afford it. Truly a diamond in the rough.

That went well. One technician came out and it took him about 20 minutes to install the thermostat. It has been a couple of years and the thermostat is holding up.

The technian was on time and professional, did the work as promised, and provided helpful advice about the unit and when it would need to be replaced.

I chose to have a new condensing unit installed, which was done promptly and is working great. I recommend Residential Experts without reservation.

I called and left a message regarding non-functioning AC. My call was quickly returned and an appointment set for the approximate time of my choice. The repair man arrived on time, provided information about the system and advice about eventual replacement. He was very professional, andwasted no time, but made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions. This company was recommended by friends, and I will certainly recommend it to others.

He is very personable and yet professional. An absolute pleasure to work with. Upon arrival and introduction he immediately began to ask question and inspect the unite. He informed us of everything he was doing and looking out. It was very nice to have someone who felt it was important for the customer to be informed. He was very thorough with everything he did. There is no doubt that customer service is a priority. His prices are beyond reasonable. And to have someone come out on a Saturday afternoon and not charge extra is unheard of. I more than highly recommend this company!!!!!
