Description of Work: I was having hot water heater problems. He came the same day and gave me an explanation of the problem. He fixed it the next. Very nice and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I contacted the gentleman and scheduled the appointment. He came and serviced the air conditioner. He is coming back this week to fix an issue (semi-clogged drain line) that was present before the service. With our approval, he did not perform a costly procedure initially, in order to see if non-costly measures would fix the problem. We are happy with the service and feel like we are getting honest and straightforward work.

Description of Work: Came out to give a quote for HVAC installation in our older home. Was very nice, checked out the house, said he would send a quote via email. We never heard from him again. No call, no email, no correspondence whatsoever.

Description of Work: had a/c system inspected and serviced prior to listing home for sale. had some problem getting them to the right address. not sure it wasn't an Angie's list problem. delayed actual work approximately a week because of this. this did not create any problems as system was working and only needed a check. work included checking and cleaning condensing unit, checking and cleaning evaporator coil, looking at fan but not cleaning it or the plenum associated with it, added tablets to inside drain pan and drain line, checked discharge temperature of system at several registers throughout the house. everything was within spec and working properly altough fan output seems minimum at best. home built in 1993.

Description of Work: The owner came and inspected my outdoor AC unit and cleaned it, explaining how I should care for it. He also inspected its tie-in to the furnace and ventilation system inside the house and advised on how to keep up the best air filtration. He was prompt, courteous and informative. I think he did a good job.

Description of Work: Daniel Bandy came to my home to inspect my furnace. He was punctual and professional. He cleaned and checked for carbon monoxide and recommended a carbon monoxide alarm, which I have purchased. I would definitely call him again and recommend him.

Description of Work: This guy is A.W.E.S.O.M.E. ! I called him and spoke with him the day before about a clogged drainage pipe from the AC, and he came ASAP the next day. He's very professional and I now know why he has the most A+ reviews on here. He's very honest and only charged me for the little work that he performed compared to other people who would charge a arm and a leg! Thats very rare these days especially in this economy. He also did some extra work to the AC unit pipe which will help me in the long run !! Don't look anywhere else and just choose Daniel for your AC needs. Its not a gimmick that he has over 100 A+ reviews he really is the best in Baton Rouge! Thanks again Daniel, Kris
