About us

We are a full service Air Conditioning and Heating Company. As we prove, "If we can't fix it, it can't be fixed!". We also offer regular rates all day long, this means NO OVERTIME (EVER)! However, we can only work on your air conditioner during the daylight hours. Now your furnace is different though. We can work on your furnace in the middle of the night in case of an emergency or frigid temperatures. Although we can fix just about everything, we also install both cooling and heating equipment. With over 20 years experience, no overtime, the best warranty in town, and the least expensive prices in town, why call anyone else? We also do hot water tank repair and replacement. Description of Work: Daniel with Residential Experts showed up and cleared a drain line as well as shop vac out the overflow pan in the attic. Very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to fit me in on a day where they had limited availability. Residential Experts is upfront with everything and not out to sell you a new unit or replacement parts that aren't needed. This is the 3rd time I've used them and have never had a bad experience.

Description of Work: They came and performed an A/C tune-up. The service man was very patient with my questions, seemed to do a thorough job, and was professional. They normally charge $99 for the service but I got it through a Big Deal offer so it was half the price.

Description of Work: I would recommend RESIDENTIAL EXPERTS HEATING AND COOLING. They were very punctual returning our call. They gave us an honest estimate of when they could be at the house, and were very up front and professional. The gentlemen took time to discuss the symptoms with us and other possibilities. However, we were able to find another company to get there quicker. This was for my Mom's AC unit on 4th of July weekend.
