As stated previously, we called Residential Experts in the morning after our A/C stopped working normally the night before. I called Daniel at about 7:30 a.m. and he said he could be there at 2:00 that afternoon. He was there on time and got right to work. He even wore booties over his shoes to ensure that he would not track in dirt through the house! He asked good questions about what had occurred prior to the unit not blowing cool air and we explained as best as we could. After our conversation he got right to work checking out the outside unit and going into the attic to check that part as well. He switched the unit on and off several times while trying to troubleshoot the issue. I think he was at our house for about an hour and a half. He came in and said he had good news and bad news...he could find nothing wrong with the unit. :) He explained what could cause a noise like we heard and then checked out the entire outside unit trying to find anything that might cause the unit not to work. Daniel is very honest and has integrity! He explained all the parts he checked and even gave us a detailed report on the freon level and other metrics. Instead of charging us an exorbitant amount of money for a problem that wasn't there, he just "tuned up" the unit and charged us that price. We were very relieved and haven't had the problem since. We will DEFINITELY use Residential Experts again! Thank you, Daniel for the level of service, honesty and integrity you provide to your customers. You have a customer for life!

Before today I had never used Angie's List. A very close and reliable friend suggested I do so and I was in a desperate situation. I'm extremely happy I did. I called this company at exactly 8:34am. Daniel was polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He asked me a number of questions that were appropriate to the task at hand then said he could come out between 9:00am and 10:00am this very morning. I informed him that I only worked 30 minutes from my house. He said he would call me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He called me back at 9:53am to tell me that he would be at my house in about 30 minutes. He did arrive at my house between 9 and 10:00am as promised. He checked everything necessary and more while remaining polite, friendly and very businesslike. He even took great care not to track dirt in my house by wearing protective bootees over his boots and by being extremely careful when laying his latter against my walls before and after its use. After he had completed my much needed repairs he wrote up his workorder while automatically including ALL possible discounts offered to Angie's List members. The work order/invoice was well written and it included all technical information that I now can keep for my records. He even took it a step further and included a section that explained, in writting, the same information but in a easy-to-understand, non-techie way. When I first called him I let him know that I had found his company on Angie's List. Now that the repairs had been completed I fully expected to receive a bill for somewhere between $200 and $300's. What I received was a total bill, after taxes, for $130.53. He only charged me 45 minutes labor and 2 pounds of freon. It was an absolutely GREAT deal financially. The entire process from the moment I dial his number until he drove away from my house, with my AC kicking, it had only been 2.5 hours. I normally never write reviews of products or services, even when I had received good services or goods. I'm writting this one because I received GREAT service and I'm hoping to help others the way I needed help this morning. Do yourself a favor and use this company. I can guaranty you that I'll never use anyone different for AC or heating repair services. THANKS Angie's List for suppling me with the best-of-the-best AC repairman and person. Installation was quick and professional. Installer explained system and the how to use it and maintain it. Would use this company again. Very happy with the product.

They didn't actually tune anything up, just inspected it and I guess everything was absolutely perfect. Hard to believe from a 21 year old furnace. I can see my pilot light is orange, yet they apparently did nothing. And the service guy hit on my girlfriend when I wasn't there. Sent her an absolutely non-furnace related text using the number she left them. *After Response: Thank you for your response. I agree there was some misinterpretation going on and I'm sorry it came to this. Sometimes perception matters more than intention. In hindsight I should have just brought up this concern with you directly. I would still recommend in the future to please use phone numbers given to you for business use, only for business use. This was a 'special' deal - tune up of A/C for $49. I suppose you get what you pay for. The guy came out, spent a few minutes checking things, said everything looked good, and disappeared.

Very friendly, upfront and informative. He talked me through every step, asked permission, wiped his feet and was fast. I would feel very comfortable recommending him to others and probably will.

Was honest about the options and provided the lowest cost option first. Offered to take another look if that didn't work out.Communication was excellent. Took the time to inform us about options and make recommendations without any kind of hard sell.Very happy with the service and will continue to recommend and use Daniel.

It went well from the initial phone call until he left.

The owner inspected my AC and discovered that it was low on freon. He added some freon but it started to rain and he felt that the freon pressure reading was not accurate because the ambient temperature had cooled down due to the rain. He came back the next day when it was sunny and hot to make sure he had added the right amount of freon. There was no extra charge for the extra visit.

Everything was ok. He origianly jsut filed up the cooolant then it leaked out. We ended up replacing the entire system. The customer service was good and I think the price was good too.

I have used Daniel twice. Both times he was very informative and professional. He quickly identified the problem and fixed the issue and I had cool air blowing quickly. He isn't pushy like other technicians to get you to purchase big ticket items. His recommendations are always based on what he would do.

He came the same day I called and told me what was wrong. Daniel siad that fan would be unreeled when they pryed it. no extra charge for service call. He was prompt and did the job in a little over an hour. He was very professional, I also got a 2 year warranty on parts and labor.

Daniel was very courteous on the phone and when he arrived. He arrived at the agreed on time. He wore shoe covers at all times he was inside my home, and he worked expeditiously. He pointed out the conditions and explained everything that he did in detail; and he gave me some very useful tips on how to cool and heat my home more efficiently, and how to conserve energy in the future. The areas where he worked inside and outside the home were left in order. My central air unit is cooling better than it had been, even during the hottest time of the day - I've even raised the temperature on the thermostat. This is an indication to me that the job was done well.

Our air conditioner had stopped working and REHC found that some thingamajig on the unit in the attic needed to be replaced. Service, including an overall examination of the equipment was completed in a timely manner. I found the technician to be friendly and professional.

Responed to my phone call within the hour. Came out that same afternoon. He had to come back the next day to finish because my unit w as ""frozen" but he did so and gave me a great price for being an Angie member. Very honest, straightforward and fixed the problem 1st time !! Very considerate and pleasan

VENDOR DIDN'T RETURN CALLS OR DO ANY WORK. rESPONSE TIME LOUSY i TALKED TO DANIEL BANDY AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK. HE DIDN'T CALL BACK. I CALLED HIM DIFFERENT TIMES AND DATES FROM HOME,WORKand CELL PHONE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. WHEN I CALLED HIM HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, BUT HE WASN'T COURTEOUS ENOUGH TO RETURN MY CALLS AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT.

I found this company on Angie's List this morning. I called and spoke directly to Daniel Bandy at noon and asked if I could make an appointment for an A/C tune-up (thinking that since it is so hot he would take weeks to schedule)...I was wrong, because before 2pm he had arrived at my home to start. Daniel was very knowledgeable and explain everything in "real people" language so that I could understand. I would recommend Residential Experts and I will be calling again next year for another checkup! Thanks so much Daniel!!!

He was very professional and put on booties to ensure my floors were protected. He fully diagnosed what the issue was with my a/c unit. He replaced my circuit board and the thermostat. He made himself very available. He called me before he came and he was here a few minutes before time.
