I found Daniel here on Angie's List after a very disappointing service call from a local company that does a lot of advertising. Without getting into too much detail about my poor experience with the initial company, I'll just say that I felt I was being pressured and BS'ed into un-necessary work at ridiculous prices. I contacted Daniel and he came right out as it was the summer, very hot and the system was not working. He did a thorough inspection, informed me that the work the previous company recommended was un-necessary and fixed the minor problem, all for a reasonable price. A few weeks later we experienced a different problem do to the fact that our system was about 15 years old. Daniel stopped by the house around 9pm on a Sunday night just to get us temporarily cooling until a new system could be installed. He showed me exactly what was wrong and didn't try to sell me an expensive system that wouldn't have met our needs. He installed the new system for an amazing price and came back several times to make sure the system was operating as it should. Because I was so impressed with the work and professionalism of Daniel, I had him look at my mother's AC system since she had been having troubled with it for 10 years since buying her home. She would spend hundreds of dollars on service calls every year. Long story short, Daniel found several problems that were never fixed and that shouldn't even have been installed in the fist place. The system works perfectly now and he did it all for a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? Daniel is professional, thorough, honest and treats his customers like friends. You're going to get the work you need done for a fair price and know that you're not being swindled into work you don't need. Obviously I can't recommend Daniel more highly. BTW, Daniel knew I found him through Angies List but has never once asked my to give him a review. I have to applaud high quality service and professionalism when I experience it.

Daniel was very accessible and arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. Not only did he perform the expected services, he was also very helpful with clearing up debris from the outside unit.

They were great! My AC never worked right since we built the house about 5 years ago. The guy from Residential Experts came out on time, when scheduled. He tried to fix it but couldn't...and gave me great advice with which to approach the original builders and see about getting a new AC unit. He could have tried to sell me one himself...or recommend repairs that wouldn't work. I ended up using his comments and advice to get the builder to install a totally new AC unit for no charge. It was a $49 well spent, and I would not hesitate to use these honest people again!

The technician was on time, friendly and very professional. He visually inspected my A/C unit outside and inside. He used an electronic device to take readings and evaluate performance. He power washed the outside unit and removed debris from the fins. Overall I was very satisified. The price was right and the service was great

I had a great experience and will definitely call him again if I need service. He gave me lots of great information about keeping the air conditioner running well, and checked my system for other problems as well as filling up the Freon. He was prompt and was easy to schedule with.

We used the big deal coupon that we purchased. He was awesome. We just thought that he was very knowledgeable and very comprehensive. We would absolutely use him again in the future. In fact, we are going to use him when it is time to get our air conditioning in the summer.

The service was excellent. They were very responsive and arrived as scheduled. The workers were all very courteous and professional. They did a great job, and even offered some good suggestions. We appreciated that they honored the coupon as well.

The experience was excellent. The gentleman was very nice, punctual and polite. I also liked that he explained things to me while he working on the air conditioner.

When I called to have work done, the company was going out of business. He gave me the number of another company and they did a great job!

My first service call from Residential Experts was to recharge my A/C system. The problem was solved quickly, and the tech gave me tips on how to maintain my system better to improve performance. My second service call was for my furnace which wasn't working. The tech quickly diagnosed a faulty thermocouple and had it replaced within the hour. I will definitely use this company again. Their rates are very reasonable, their tech is friendly, and they cleaned up thoroughly before they left.

Quick to f/u. Quick to schedule appt and install. Install was expedient. Profwaaional staff.

The A/C stopped working on one unit of the house. I looked up recommended repair operators on Angie's list and saw that Residential Heating and Cooling was highly recommended. Called Daniel and he came out same day to inspect A/C unit. Discovered the motor was broken beyond repair. He explained each step of inspection and expected costs before conducting any work. Daniel made all the necessary calls to locate and have shipped a new motor (still under warranty, so no out-of-pocket costs). He returned with new motor after delay on the part of the vendor and was able to have the $75 processing fee waived. Installed it without any problems. He is, without a doubt, the best A/C repairman I have ever encountered. I have already recommended him to friends and neighbors. I will use his services whenever I have any A/C or heating problem!!!

He went up in the attic to see why my central heat was coming on but no heat was coming out. He went outside to check to see if I had a heat pump and he made many trips into the attic. He discovered that it was the thermostat and waited while I called the company that had installed it in the spring to see if they were going to charge me and if so, he would see how much he could fix it for. As it turned out, it was under warranty. I will definately use him every year for the tune up.

The experience was fine. However, the guy thought it was a repair and not a tune up. I was not there during the time of the work but he left the filter because the filter had been changed recently.

The personnel arrived on time and looked at the duct in question. Indicated that they need to purchase the need duct. They returned to the home in a timely manner and made the necessary repairs.

They did a good job. He was prompt and did the work in the amount of time estimated. I was pleased to have the tune up on the furnace. He gave an estimate of installing a new furnace. I was pleased with the work, overall.

Highly recommended! The technician was expert and professional in every phase of the service call. He systematically performed diagnostics on the unit, checking with us often and letting us know of his progress. He very quickly found the problem and gave us the cost of repair, after which we gave him the okay. Really impressive that he would work us into his schedule, especially since it was a weekend... and there is no extra charge for weekend call-outs. Truely a great experience!!
