From the start, everything was done professionally. He arrived promptly at the appointed time and did a great job. He did an extensive check of my ac and took time to explain everything as he went about checking the different components. He also put booties over his shoes every time he came in the house. Daniel is very knowledgeable and courteous. I will certainly use him again.

He was prompt and professional. I did want a thermostat that was more programmable. He said it was not available.

Called for an annual service. Daniel discovered a freon leak and recommended maintenance and repairs. He gave me options and explained the short-term and long-term maintenance consequences and impact on my AC and what I could do to extend its life. He explained clearly, worked quickly, he was flexible with scheduling, knowledgeable, and professional overall. A very nice man. A good point: He wore booties over his shoes to keep the carpet clean. This was his second visit and he remembered his first visit and followed up on his previous work to make sure everything was satisfactory from the earlier job. I highly recommend him.

I thought his process was very quick and efficient. He spent more time teaching me how to use it than I thought he would. That was great. Having the thermostat is good ONLY if you know how to use it properly.

Because of his excellent reviews on Angie's List, I contacted Daniel of Residential Experts to take a look at the non working air conditioner at my rental property. He diagnosed the problem (a leak in the upstairs coil) and when I decided to replace the entire old unit he gave me options at two price points - both of which were well below the estimate I received from a well known home improvement company in town. This guy knows his stuff. He is professional but friendly and willing to answer questions and explain anything you don't understand. I am quite satisfied with his work and will definitely hire him the next time I need HVAC services.

This company had an Angie's list big deal in Columbus OH. I called right near the expiration and found out that they had closed in Columbus, but that they had transferred all their business to another company. The other company worked with me and said that they didn't care about the expiration date and would honor the coupon the next winter. They did just that and did our furnace inspection almost a full year later. Great job to both companies for following up.

This is truly a family owned and operated company and their top notch attitude and work show it. Obviously they are able to provide remediation services and products but they were just mentioned and priced as to the most cost effective, but there was absolutely no pressure purchase any of them. A fine company that I will reuse in the future should I have any needs in that area.

I called and received service within the hour. He came, assessed the problem, explained it to me and went to purchase the parts. He came back and completed the repairs.

I purchased this Big Deal A/C Tuneup in 2011. Due to a very busy schedule on my part I had overlooked the deadline/window for the original offer. I reached out to the company about this, and Daniel replied saying that he would be happy to honor it in the spring when it was 60 degrees ambient temperature. I reached back out in the spring to schedule a time, and no reply. I reached back out in June, and once again no reply. I just want this deal fulfilled/honored and would love to turn this around. Next spring is fine. But I am very frustrated with the lack of response.

He was timely in his arrival, calling first to make sure we were ready for him. He was very thorough in his examination of the problem and thorough in his explanation of what he recommended be done. He was not pushy to do what was not necessary for today. Overall, he was very knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely call him back the next time we have an issue.

Daniel was prompt and professional from the first phone call to work completed. It was the morning of new years eve when this work was done. Most places were closed. The parts place closed at 1200 so he came within 90 minutes of first contact, trouble shooted the problem and got the part before the place closed at 1200. Im pretty particular and watched all worked performed. He did a good job and also fixed a gas line that was dangerous because it was a plastic gas line inside the unit that was supposed to be metal. He answered all my questions and gave me some pointers on how the furnace worked.He also cleaned up his work area before he left. This was a first for me. He gave me my Angie's discount as was concerned about keeping good reviews on your list. Hard to find good help these day's but daniel is one of the good repairmen. This was the first time i have used him but will recommend and use him in the future.

It could only happen in Louisiana, central heating and central a/c in need of repair within days of each other. I was out of town and awakened by a phone call from my daughter at home, she told me that the heater was making a loud noise about every 10 minutes. I instructed her to turn the unit off and I would try to get a service man out to look at it. I searched, Angie's List, and chose "Residential Experts Heating and Cooling". I spoke with Daniel Bandy, he told me that he would be able to look at the unit that afternoon. After setting up a time that would work for everyone, I left it to Mr. Bandy to fix. He arrived on time, and in less than a hour had the unit fixed and in working order. Three days later the weather has changed drastically and now we need the a/c unit on to cool the house. After running for about an hour we noticed the temperature inside has not come down but has risen. Oh, did I mention it is Christmas Eve, 4:30 pm. I give Daniel a call with little hope that at this time and date, he would be able to help us out. Daniel told me he needed to check with family first but would call back shortly. Daniel called back in less than 15 min.,let me say that I was extremely pleased when he told me he could be out within the hour. Mr. Bandy arrived and went right to work and the repairs were done in less than an hour. Impressive to say the least. To my amazement there were no extra charges for Holiday or overtime, just his regular rates which are very reasonable. He did both jobs for under $225, parts and labor, that is outstanding. Mr. Daniel Bandy impressed me both professionally and personally. He is knowledgeable of his trade at the highest level,has all the tools needed to perform the needed task and his work ethic is just what a customer should expect. Very neat and personable, just the type of character needed for someone you must invite in to your home. It went very well i learned more about how to operate my furnace from this gentleman than from anyone prior to him. I have a forced air furnace and he showed me how to regulage it for the best efficiency and explained how it works

We called a few months later to schedule the service, and it turned out the company relocated to Louisiana from Columbus, Ohio. Turns out they couldn't perform the service. Another company took over their phone number and we ended up using them to do a tune up of our furnace.

Very pleased, have used the company twice and plan to use them in the future.
