It went well, they checked out A/C unit in our attic and each of the vents in the house, asked if there were any peticular rooms that were warmer than another, checked vents in those rooms to make sure air was blowing cold enough. Also, checked outside unit for any issues. All areas checked were in good working order.

They don't fool around. They came on time and was very professional and reliable. They did the job well.

I realized my AC wasn't working at about 6 p.m. yesterday so I checked Angie's List and found a lot of great reviews for this company. I used the link to the website and found that the company was open until 7 so I called. Daniel answered the phone and when I described the problem to him, he said that I might want to go into my attic and look at the drip pan under my unit because it might be full and that might be causing the problem. With him still on the phone, I did what he suggested and confirmed that the pan was full of water. He told me that as a temporary "fix," I could bail some water out of the pan. I did and my AC started working again. We made an appointment for him to come out about 10 this morning so he could take care of the stopped-up drain. He arrived promptly and got right to work. He determined that the drain opening was blocked but that the drain line was fine. He unblocked the opening, pumped and drained the water, and tested the freon level in my AC. I'm a computer n*** so I was really impressed that he did his invoicing electronically from his iPad and phone. He put a sticker on my AC unit for recording service work and gave me a fridge magnet with his company info on it and a couple of business cards. I hope I don't need AC work for a long time, but if I do, I will call Daniel. He did a great job!

They did come back in the fall and checked out my furnace for the same price. They were here when they said they would be and they were very professional. I thought they would call and want to come back in 2012 but they didn't. I was very happy with them and the price was excellent.

I called Daniel and he came out within a couple of hours to repair our unit. He went and checked out the problem, explained what the problem was and repaired it to our satisfaction. We have 4 HVAC units so we call Daniel often and the service is always the same... personal and professional.

Daniel was the technician. He returned my call right away and scheduled the visit to meet my schedule. The service was professional and i didn't feel like this company was trying to make up extra repairs for the great advertised deal. I was very pleased with the service i received and will use them again.

There was an Angies list special. He serviced my furnace and AC at my home I was trying to sell. I paid him for that and at the same time, paid for a service for my sister. He was prompt and serviced her furance and ac later that week! No problems or issues all winter.

Daniel called before he came as promised. He showed up when he said he would. Had a 15 year old heat pump that was not cooling. Diagnosed as needing freon and probably had leaks in the coils. Daniel quoted me a price of around $500 to add freon and the stop leak. When he finished the bill was for $340 . Said it did not need as much freon as he thought. Daniel is very personable and professional. If I am in need of any A/c repairs or if anyone asks me, I will recommend Residential Experts.

It went very well. For first time homeowners we had no clue what to look for. Dan was very helpful and prompt. We will definitely be calling him in the future with any heating and cooling needs!

Our AC was working really hard to keep our house cool as evidenced by our rising electric bills so we called residential experts out to service our unit and it was well worth the money. The A/C unit worked like when we first got it again after the service and I asked a lot of questions about ongoing maintenance and the technician patiently answered them all in great detail and explained things to me so I could understand.

Mr. Bandy was awesome. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed my leak and checked over not only my whole system but answered a bunch of questions I had about pipes and things in my attic all for only 60$. He gave me great advice and didn't even try to sell me anything like some kind of service package I didn't really need. He just gave me great advice on how to best take care of my system. And he came over the same day I called.

The person who came over to the house was very nice and cleaned up after himself. We had another estimate and he was very well within the estimates that we received.

Installation went fine. Will report on actual a/c after all service is complete. Update: Nov. 2015. I have had this a/c for a little over two years now. Daniel managed to work around some very old existing equipment (can't remember all the specifics now) and it saved us money without compromising performance. The a/c worked beautifully this past summer. Daniel will always be my "to go" person in the future.
