Daniel was great. He first came out to clean and inspect the A unit. We were having a problem with it before he was scheduled to be here. He came the afternoon I called him and checked the AC. He was very professional and courteous. He explained the problem to us and answered all of our questions. He said it might take 10 days to get the parts. The next day he called me and said he located the parts and should have them the next afternoon. He also gave me the cost. He arrived the next afternoon and replaced the parts.

The service I received from Residential Experts Heating and Cooling was excellent. We're going to continue to use them.

It went well. He came on time. Quickly inspected/tuned-up the furnace. Fortunately everything was going well with the furnace and no further services were needed.

Found a problem with my a/c that other companies hadn't discovered and may have caused. He found another problem that was expensive and resolved in our time frame. Very professional courteous and prompt. One of the best and most forthcoming service providers I have experienced. Offers services even on holiday. I would absolutely recommend him to any one.

BEWARE!!!!!!! This provider does not keep his advertising WORD! He stated that he would check your A/C unit CLEAN IT, and GIVE YOU 1 lb. of FREE FREON! Where is my free cleaning and my free Freon as advertised?????? I already knew that the unit did not work. Since he tested the unit and found no fault in it, why did he not clean the unit as advertised, why did he not put the 1lb of FREE Freon in it as advertised? I was standing right there the entire time and observed what was done and what was NOT DONE! It appears that he picks and chooses who he keeps his word with. $700.00 to fix what is not broken from HIS MOUTH is a bit MUCH! Add up all the $49.00 charges for NO CLEANING, NO FREON and you've got a nice income for the month alone. .

Great. Turns out that the dye is also some sort of sealant that will stop very small leaks. Luckily the AC has worked ever since. We have used several other AC companies who all told us the unit must be replaced, and that is was not fixable.

It was excellent and I was very impressed. I purchased a big deal from them and also paid $60 extra for 2 pounds of freon. It was a good experience. The guy who came out was on time. He knew what he was doing. He even wore a little booty on his shoes, so that he doesn't bring the dirt inside the house. He was very quick.

Daniel was very polite and friendly, he came in looked at my AC and went straight to work fixing what he saw was wrong. He wore booties whenever he came into the house and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything that he did before he did it and was able to give me an approximate cost on the Freon before he filled it so I could be sure that I could afford it.

Daniel was prompt, courteous and professional. He is a great contractor and I highly recommend him.

Showed up on time. Was polite and friendly. Explained what he was doing as he was doing it. Used a coupon without my presenting one or even offering it to him.

Added small quantity of refrigerant. System still not great but perhaps is not big enough for great.

It went very well. I met the guy and got a quote from him. I haven't hired him yet. I was very pleased with how it went. I would recommend him. He was very responsive.

He was very nice with which to work. He was punctual, professional, and an overall good person with whom to do business. I will soon have to replace my A/C and Daniel is the person with whom I will entrust that work.

Daniel was prompt on his arrival, came in the house, explained what he was doing and went about his business. After he performed the work, he explained the results and seemed very knowledgeable technically but explained everything in layman's terms. I asked him about installing a programmable thermostat and instead of quoting a price he explained to me how the new one would connect so I could do it myself. He never tried to sell me any additional service. I would definitely recommend him.

Heating and Cooling was fine. They came, they put in a thermostat and adjusted it and their work was just fine. Unfortunately I've asked them if they would give me a price to install some additional duck work in the basement and I asked them twice and they never got back to me. But the work that they did for me was just fine.

Very professional. Absolutely will get any of my AC business if needed.

I was very impressed with the service I received. He explained the problem with my unit and told me what it would take to fix it. He answered all of my questions in a manner in which I understood. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is having cooling problems and to anyone who is just looking to get their unit cleaned and checked out. His price was very reasonable...especially with the Angie's List discount.

I work out of town. I made an appointment and left work early to be home for the agreed upon time. I gave the owner my cell number and asked for a call if there was a need to cancel. Got home and a message was left on my answering machine at home. Too bad for me. I HAD ALREADY LEFT WORK EARLY. Two other times I found the owners business card on my back door. He made attempts but never contacted me on my cell phone to set up appointments. He just showed up at my house. Leaving a message at my house does no good until I get home. I gave up on him, called to let him know. Now I need a refund.

They are now operating under new ownership.

It was terrific. He provided a really complete written report.

He arrived early and got to work. Was very professional and a very nice young man. Checked my unit in the attic and outside and checked to make sure I had good insulation in the attic. Was in and out in a short period of time. I would definitely call him if I had any problems in the future.

I last used their service last May of 2011 and our air-conditioner is still working up to now and it was oiled and cleaned because they had reinvigorate the free on or whatever they're using now they were able to do them.
